Abstract
This study aims to find out the Mediation Role of Organizational Commitment Influenced by Organizational Culture and Work Discipline on Employee Performance in the Social Service of Banten Province. The method used in this study is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The population used in this study was 77 employees of the Banten Provincial Social Service. The sample used in this study was nonprobability sampling with the technique taken, namely the narrow sampling technique (sensus). The data analysis techniques in this study used Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) using the student version of SmartPLS.4 analysis tool. The results of this study show that: (1) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. (2) Working Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment. (3) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. (4) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. (5) Organizational commitment is able to mediate the relationship of the Work Discipline to Employee Performance.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peran Mediasi Komitmen Organisasi Yang Dipengaruhi Oleh Budaya Organisasi Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Sosial Provinsi Banten. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 77 orang pegawai Dinas Sosial Provinsi Banten. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah nonprobability sampling dengan teknik yang diambil yaitu teknik sampling januh (sensus). Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan menggunakan alat analisis SmartPLS.4 versi pelajar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : (1) Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. (2) Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi. (3) Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi. (4) Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. (5) Komitmen Organisasi mampu Memediasi hubungan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. | |||||||||
