Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of servant leadership, supervision competence and teacher performance on school quality. This type of research is quantitative research. Data collection method through questionnaires. The population of this study was 150 state elementary schools in the city of Cilegon. The sample consisted of 24 school principals and 226 state elementary school teachers in the city of Cilegon. The sampling technique uses random sampling. Data analysis in this research uses descriptive analysis, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and path analysis. The research results show that there is a significant influence; the direct influence of Servant Leadership on school quality (path coefficient value = 0.501 and t-count = 5.728> t-table 1.650); direct influence of supervision competence on school quality (path coefficient value = 0.726 and t-count = 9.243 > t-table 1.650); direct influence of teacher performance on school quality (t=4.025 and p=0.000); the direct influence of servant leadership on supervision competence (path coefficient value = 0.459 and t-count = 8.130 > t-table 1.650); the direct influence of servant leadership on teacher performance (path coefficient value = 0.098 and t-count = 2.557 > t-table 1.650); the indirect influence of servant leadership on school quality through teacher performance (path coefficient value = 0.326 and t-count = 2,400 > t-table 1,650); indirect influence of supervision competence on school quality through teacher performance (path coefficient value = 0.943 and t-count = 15.052 > t-table 1.650).

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan melayani (Servant Leadership), kompetensi supervisi dan kinerja guru terhadap mutu sekolah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 150 Sekolah Dasar Negeri di kota Cilegon. Sampel berjumlah 24 kepala sekolah dan 226 guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri di kota Cilegon. Teknik pengambilan sample menggunakan random sampling. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif,uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, ujihipotesis, dan analisis jalur (Path Analysis).
