Abstract
Quality education can only be achieved if learning is processed with quality and implemented by quality teachers. Quality teacher performance must be in accordance with the established Standard Operating Procedures. In reality, teacher performance still shows low quality, this is thought to be caused by the leadership of the principal, ineffective academic supervision, suboptimal school-based quality improvement management and low teacher achievement motivation. This study aims to determine: (1) the direct influence of principal leadership, academic supervision, school-based quality improvement management, teacher achievement motivation on teacher performance based on quality culture; (2) the indirect influence of principal leadership, academic supervision, school-based quality improvement management, on teacher performance based on quality culture through teacher achievement motivation; and (3) the simultaneous influence of principal leadership, academic supervision, school-based quality improvement management, achievement motivation on teacher performance based on quality culture. The study was conducted on 220 civil servant teachers who were selected as research samples through area sampling techniques. This study uses a quantitative approach with path analysis to see the direct and simultaneous influences between research variables. The results of the research show: (1) Principal leadership, academic supervision, school-based quality improvement management (MPMBS), achievement motivation have a direct effect on teacher performance based on quality culture; (2) Principal leadership, academic supervision does not have an indirect effect on teacher performance based on quality culture through achievement motivation; (3) MPMBS has an indirect effect on teacher performance based on quality culture through achievement motivation, and; (3) Principal leadership, academic supervision, MPMBS and achievement motivation simultaneously have an effect on teacher performance based on quality culture

Additional Information: | Mutu pendidikan hanya dapat dicapai bila pembelajaran diproses dengan bermutu dan dilaksanakan oleh guru yang bermutu. Kinerja guru yang bermutu harus sesuai dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur yang telah ditetapkan. Dalam kenyataannya kinerja guru masih menunjukkan kualitas yang rendah, hal ini diduga disebabkan oleh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, supervisi akademik yang belum efektif, manajemen peningkatan mutu berbasis sekolah yang belum optimal dan motivasi berprestasi guru yang rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh langsung kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, supervisi akademik, manajemen peningkatan mutu berbasis sekolah, motivasi berprestasi guru terhadap kinerja guru berbasis budaya mutu; (2) pengaruh tidak langsung kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, supervisi akademik, manajemen peningkatan mutu berbasis sekolah, terhadap kinerja guru berbasis budaya mutu melalui motivasi berprestasi guru; dan (3) pengaruh simultan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, supervisi akademik, manajemen peningkatan mutu berbasis sekolah, motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja guru berbasis budaya mutu. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 220 guru PNS yang menjadi sampel penelitian yang terpilih melalui teknik area sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis jalur (Path Analysis) untuk melihat pengaruh langsung dan pengaruh srimultan antar variabel penelitian. Hasil penelitian penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, supervisi akademik, manajemen peningkatan mutu berbasis sekolah (MPMBS), motivasi berprestasi berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja guru berbasis budaya mutu; (2) Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, supervisi akademik tidak memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja guru berbasis budaya mutu melalui motivasi berprestasi; (3) MPMBS memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja guru berbasis budaya mutu melalalui motivasi berprestasi, dan; (3) Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, supervisi akademik, MPMBS dan motivasi berprestasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru berbasis budaya mutu. | |||||||||
