Abstract
Nurul Aghniya Mahendrani. Nim. 6661081101. SKRIPSI. Kinerja Pegawai Divisi Hot Strip Mill PT Krakatau Steel Cilegon. Program Studi Ilmu Administrasi Negara, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik, Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa, Serang 2015. Pembimbing I Arenawati, S.Sos.,M.Si, Pembimbing II Ipah Ema Jumiati, S.IP.,M.Si. Fokus penelitian ini adalah Kinerja Pegawai Divisi Hot Strip Mill PT Krakatau Steel Cilegon. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kinerja pegawai Divisi Hot Strip Mill PT Krakatau Steel Cilegon. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Divisi Hot Strip Mill PT Krakatau Steel Cilegon berjumlah 399 orang. Untuk menentukan besaran sampel peneliti menggunakan rumus Taro Yamane dan ditentukan sampel berjumlah 80 orang, pengambilan data dengan menggunakan teknik proportional stratified random sampling. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teori kinerja menurut T.R.Michel dalam Sedarmayanti berjumlah 5 indikator kualitas kerja, komunikasi, ketepatan waktu, kemampuan kerja dan inisiatif. Dalam mengumpulkan data yaitu dengan cara menyebarkan angket/kuesioner, wawancara tidak terstruktur, observasi, studi literatur dan studi dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan yang sudah dilakukan dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa r hitung < r tabel (-13,67 < 1,664 ), maka Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa kinerja pegawai Divisi Hot Strip Mill PT Krakatau Steel Cilegon tidak memuaskan. Hal ini dikarenakan penilaian kinerja pegawai Divisi Hot Strip Mill PT Krakatau Steel Cilegon mencapai angka 46,95% dari angka yang dihipotesiskan yaitu 65%. Kata Kunci: Kinerja pegawai, PT Krakatau Steel.

The research method used is quantitative descriptive. population in this study were employees of the hot strip mill division numbering 399 people. to determine the sample research size, researchers using taro Yamane formula and determined the sample amounted to 80 people, retrieving data using proportional stratified random sampling technique, instruments in this study using the theory of performance according T.R.Michel in Sedarmayanti amounted to 5 indicators of quality of work, communication, punctuality, ability to work and initiatives , data collection techniques were done by distributing questionnaires, unstructured interviews, observation, literature and documentation. Based on the results that have been done, a discussion can be concluded that the (r count) is smaller than (r table) (-13.67 <1.664), then Ho accepted and Ha rejected. The study concluded that the employee performance Division of Hot Strip Mill PT Krakatau Steel Cilegon unsatisfactory. Because the employee performance evaluation Division of Hot Strip Mill PT Krakatau Steel Cilegon reached 46.95% of the hypothetical figure is 65%.
