Abstract
This research discusses the implementation of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program of PT PLN Indonesia Power PLTU Banten 3 Lontar through the cultivation of butternut squash as a form of local community empowerment in Klebet Village, Kemiri District, Tangerang Regency. The program is carried out by the Agria Lestari Women's Farming Group (KWT), mentored by PLTU Banten 3 Lontar, with the goal of improving community welfare through sustainable agriculture. This research uses a qualitative approach to analyze the impact of the CSR program on three key aspects: social (people),environmental (planet), and economic (profit). Furthermore, the research highlights the utilization of industrial waste such as fly ash bottom ash (FABA) and seashell waste as alternative planting media in the butternut squash cultivation. The results show that the CSR program contributes not only to the economic development of the community but also to improving the local environment through waste utilization. Overall, the program has successfully fostered a harmonious relationship between the company and the community while supporting sustainable development.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini membahas implementasi program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT PLN Indonesia Power PLTU Banten 3 Lontar melalui program budidaya labu madu (butternut squash) sebagai bentuk pemberdayaan masyarakat lokal di Desa Klebet, Kecamatan Kemiri, Kabupaten Tangerang. Program ini dilaksanakan oleh Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Agria Lestari yang dibina oleh PLTU Banten 3 Lontar, dengan tujuan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui pertanian berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk menganalisis dampak dari program CSR tersebut terhadap tiga aspek utama yaitu sosial (people), lingkungan (planet), dan keuntungan (profit). Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menyoroti pemanfaatan limbah industri seperti fly ash bottom ash (FABA) dan cangkang kerang sebagai media tanam alternatif yang ramah lingkungan dalam budidaya labu madu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program CSR ini tidak hanya berkontribusi pada peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat tetapi juga pada peningkatan kualitas lingkungan sekitar melalui pemanfaatan limbah. Secara keseluruhan, program ini berhasil menciptakan hubungan yang harmonis antara perusahaan dan masyarakat serta mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan. | |||||||||
