Abstract
Many internet of things learning media have been found but are still separated into materials and components and are not designed as a whole. With this, course participants have not found a learning media package that is easy, interesting and fun. The objectives of this research are: (1) Develop and design an internet of things course design using learning modules, video modules and starter kits. (2) Find out the feasibility of the course design being implemented and the products produced, namely learning modules, video modules and starter kits ( 3) Knowing the user's response to the starter kit-based internet of things training process. The research method used in this research is development research (R&D) by applying the 4D model. There are four stages in this development research, namely, Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The instrument used is a questionnaire or questionnaire using a Likert scale with four rating scales starting from strongly disagree, disagree, agree and strongly agree. Expert tests and user tests are carried out to determine the level of suitability of the media being developed. Expert testing was carried out by 9 validators, while user testing was carried out by 14 respondents. Data from expert tests and user tests are then analyzed using quantitative descriptive to assess the appropriateness level of media in the suitability category. The results of the research show that the feasibility level of internet of things training design refers to the feasibility of the starter kit media, the feasibility of the learning video media and the appropriateness of the training material content. The evaluation results of the internet of things starter kit media are in the "Very Appropriate" category with a score range of 30, the results of the learning video media evaluation show that the video media is in the "Very Appropriate" category with a score range of 56.6 and the results of the material evaluation learning shows that the material content is in the "Very Appropriate" category with a score range of 49. So that the media and materials can be used in the electrical circuit training process. Furthermore, the respondents' assessment of the training process was in the "Very Feasible" category with a score range of 42 with an average score of 53. In other words, the 14 training participants stated that the internet of things training process was feasible to carry out.

Dengan ini peserta kursus belum menemukan paket media pembelajaran yang mudah, menarik dan menyenangkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Mengembangkan dan merancang desain kursus internet of things menggunakan modul pembelajaran , modul video serta starterkit.(2)Mengetahui kelayakan desain kursus yang dijalankan serta produk yang dihasilkan yaitu modul pembelajaran, modul video dan starter kit (3)Mengetahui respon pengguna terhadap proses pelatihan internet of things berbasis starter kit. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu penelitian pengembangan (R&D) dengan menerapkan model 4D. Terdapat empat tahap langkah pada penelitian pengembangan ini yaitu, Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket atau kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala Likert dengan empat rating scale dimulai dari sangat tidak setuju, tidak setuju, setuju, dan sangat setuju. Uji ahli dan uji pengguna dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat kelayakan media yang dikembangkan. Uji ahli dilakukan oleh 9 validator, sementara uji pengguna dilakukAn oleh 14 orang responden. Data hasil uji ahli dan uji pengguna kemudian dianalisis menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif untuk menilai tingkat kelayakan media yang sesuai pada kategori kelayakan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat kelayakan desain pelatihan internet of things merujuk pada kelayakan media starter kit, kelayakan media video pembelajaran dan kelayakan konten materi pelatihan. Hasil evaluasi media starter kit internet of things berada pada kategori “Sangat Layak” dengan rentang skor 30, hasil evaluasi media video pembelajaran menunjukan bahwa media video berada dalam kategori “Sangat Layak” dengan rentang skor 56,6 dan hasil evaluasi materi pembelajaran menunjukan bahwa konten materi berada pada kategori “Sangat Layak” dengan rentang skor 49. Sehingga media dan materi dapat digunakan dalam proses pelatihan rangkaian listrik. Selanjutnya penilaian responden terhadap proses pelatihan berada pada kategori “Sangat Layak” dengan rentang skor 42 dengan rata-rata skor sebesar 53. Dengan kata lain, peserta pelatihan yang berjumlah 14 orang tersebut menyatakan bahwa proses pelatihan internet of things layak untuk dilaksanakan. | |||||||||
