Abstract
This research aims to analyze (1) Implementation of Barista Training at the San Djaya Coffee Shop (2) Life Skill Results of training participants at the San Djaya Coffee Shop. This research uses qualitative research, with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data source for this research consists of 8 people, namely 1 training manager or head supervisor, 2 training tutors and 5 training participants at Kedai Kopi San Djaya Tangerang. The research results show that (1) Of the many barista training places with various concepts offered to attract attention, Kedai Kopi San Djaya Tangerang is the one that can be found as a barista training place for beginners to learn about baristas. world of coffee (2) Sanjaya coffee barista training can develop life skills and develop interactions between training participants to become mentally strong entrepreneurs.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis (1) Implementasi Pelatihan Barista di Toko Kopi San Djaya (2) Hasil Kecakapan Hidup (life skill) peserta pelatihan di Toko Kopi San Djaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Kualitatif, dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik dalam pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data penilitian ini terdiri dari 8 orang, yaitu 1 orang pihak pengelola pelatihan atau ketua pembina, 2 orang tutor pelatihan dan 5 orang peserta pelatihan di Toko Kopi San Djaya Tangerang. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Dari banyaknya tempat pelatihan barista dengan berbagai macam konsep yang ditawarkan untuk memikat, Toko Kopi San Djaya Tangerang ini yang dapat ditemukan tempat pelatihan barista untuk belajar awal tentang dunia perkopian yang masih pemula (2) Pelatihan barista kopi sanjaya dapat mengembangkan life skill dan mengembangkan interaksi antar peserta pelatihan untuk berwirausaha dengan mental yang kuat. | |||||||||
