Abstract
Family Entertainment Center in Mall of Serang attracts the attention of the Muslim community with a prize exchange system using points, but the value of the points is often not comparable to the price of the prize received, and visitors rely on luck, potentially leading to maysir or gambling practices. Currently. Therefore, the author wants to know the permissibility of this practice and review its suitability to the principles of Islamic economics. This study uses a qualitative approach with a focus on the analysis of the prize exchange system with points at Family Entertainment Center Mall of Serang. The data collection methods used are direct observation at the location and documentation, with the application of triangulation techniques to ensure the validity of the data. Data analysis was carried out with the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Primary data was obtained from direct observation in the field, while secondary data was collected from various relevant literature. In this study, the author divided the games at Family Entertainment Center Mall of Serang into four main categories: arcade, claw machines, games that rely on luck, and children's games. The results of the study showed that there were maysir (gambling) practices in several games at the Family Entertainment Center Mall of Serang, namely in claw games and games that rely on luck. Where it is prohibited in Islamic law. This maysir practice also causes some of the family entertainment centers of the mall of serang to conflict with the principles of Islamic economics according to Adiwarman Karim, namely tauhid, 'adl (justice), nubuwah (prophecy), khilafah (government), and ma'ad (return).

| Additional Information: | Family Entertainment Center di Mall of Serang menarik perhatian masyarakat Muslim dengan sistem penukaran hadiah menggunakan poin, tetapi nilai poin seringkali tidak sebanding dengan harga hadiah yang diterima, dan pengunjung mengandalkan keberuntungan, berpotensi mengarah pada praktik maysir atau perjudian. Maka dari itu, penulis ingin mengetahui kebolehan praktik tersebut serta meninjau kesesuaiannya terhadap prinsip-prinsip ekonomi Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan fokus pada analisis sistem tukar hadiah dengan poin di Family Entertainment Center Mall of Serang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi langsung di lokasi dan dokumentasi, dengan penerapan teknik triangulasi untuk memastikan keabsahan data. Analisis data dilakukan dengan tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Data primer diperoleh dari observasi langsung di lapangan, sedangkan data sekunder dikumpulkan dari berbagai literatur yang relevan. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis membagi permainan di Family Entertainment Center Mall of Serang ke dalam empat kategori utama: arcade, mesin capit, permainan yang mengandalkan keberuntungan, dan permainan anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat praktik maysir (perjudian) pada beberapa permainan di Family Entertainment Center Mall of Serang, yaitu pada permainan capit dan permainan yang mengandalkan keberuntungan. Dimana hal itu dilarang dalam syariat Islam. Praktik maysir ini juga yang menyebabkan sebagian dari Family Entertainment Center mall of serang bertentangan dengan prinsip ekonomi Islam menurut Adiwarman Karim, yaitu tauhid, 'adl (keadilan), nubuwah (kenabian), khilafah (pemerintahan), dan ma'ad (kembali). | |||||||||
