Abstract
The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis, the research location is at Jati Raya Forest Tourism in Sindang Jaya District, Tangerang Regency. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The primary data of this study used an open questionnaire. While secondary data uses journals, books, articles, and the internet. Data analysis using the IFE Matrix, EFE Matrix, IE Matrix and SWOT Matrix methods. The result of the IFE Matrix is that the main strength is that Hutan Jati Raya is the only tour in Tangerang Regency that carries the concept of teak forest tourism. While the results of the EFE Matrix, namely, the main opportunity is the opportunity as one of the most popular tours in Tangerang Regency and the main threat is the unavailability of public transportation to tourist attractions. In the results of the calculations carried out, the IFE matrix score (2.6) shows that the Raya Teak Forest has moderate or average internal capabilities while the EFE matrix (2.718) has moderate or average internal capabilities. The IE Matrix places the company in quadrant V, suggesting a strategy of holding and maintaining current operations. There are seven strategies from the results of the SWOT matrix analysis.

| Additional Information: | Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu penelitian lokasinya berada di Wisata Hutan Jati Raya di Kecamatan Sindang Jaya, Tangerang Daerah. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Itu Data primer penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner terbuka. Sedangkan data sekunder yang digunakan jurnal, buku, artikel, dan internet. Analisis data menggunakan Matriks IFE, EFE Metode Matriks, Matriks IE dan Matriks SWOT. Hasil dari Matriks IFE adalah seperti itu kekuatan utamanya adalah Hutan Jati Raya merupakan satu-satunya wisata di Kabupaten Tangerang yang mengusung konsep wisata hutan jati. Sedangkan hasil Matriks EFE, yaitu peluang utama adalah peluang sebagai salah satu wisata terpopuler di Kabupaten Tangerang dan ancaman utamanya adalah tidak tersedianya transportasi umum ke tempat wisata. Pada hasil perhitungan yang dilakukan, matriks IFE Skor (2,6) menunjukkan bahwa Hutan Jati Raya mempunyai internal sedang atau sedang kemampuan sedangkan matriks EFE (2,718) memiliki internal sedang atau rata-rata kemampuan. Matriks IE menempatkan perusahaan di kuadran V, menyarankan sebuah strategi memegang dan memelihara operasi saat ini. Ada tujuh strategi dari hasil analisis matriks SWOT. | |||||||||
