Abstract

The focus of this research is how much Effectiveness of Job Training Management in Technical and Operational Unit of Job Training Center of Tangerang District on 2023 The problem in this research is that the percentage of job vacancies for job seekers in Tangerang Regency is very high, the limited number of quotas for job training participants, the lack of information regarding job training registration from Technical and Operational Unit of Job Training Center of Tangerang District, the location of Technical and Operational Unit of Job Training Center of Tangerang District is not strategic. The aim of the research was to determine the level of effectiveness of job training at the Technical and Operational Unit of Job Training Center of Tangerang District. This research uses performance theory by Faustino Gomes with indicators of reactions, learning, behaviors, organizational result, and cost effectivity. This research used a descriptive of quantitative method. The population of this research is the participants of job training in Technical and Operational Unit of Job Training Center of Tangerang District on 2023 with a total sample of 130 people. Data analysis for this research by SPSS 25. The result of research obtained reached a percentage of 74% and included in the effective category. The suggestion for this research is Operational Unit of Job Training Center of Tangerang District needs to promote more job training programs through social media, banners/billboards and outreach at the sub-district level, and carry out further reviews regarding determining the location for holding job training, namely that it is better if the job training location is in the middle or spread across several areas of Tangerang Regency.

Additional Information: Fokus penelitian ini adalah seberapa besar Efektivitas Pelatihan Kerja Pada Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) Balai Latihan Kerja Kabupaten Tangerang Tahun 2023. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah persentase lowongan kerja terhadap pencari kerja di Kabupaten Tangerang sangat tinggi, terbatasnya jumlah kuota peserta pelatihan kerja, minimnya informasi mengenai pendaftaran pelatihan kerja dari UPT Balai Latihan Kerja Kabupaten Tangerang, letak UPT Balai Latihan Kerja Kabupaten Tangerang tidak strategis. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui tingkat Efektivitas Pelatihan Kerja Pada Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) Balai Latihan Kerja Kabupaten Tangerang Tahun 2023. Peneliti menggunakan teori efektivitas pelatihan kerja milik Faustino Gomes dengan indikator reactions, learning, behaviors, organizational result, dan cost effectivity. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitaif deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah peserta pelatihan kerja Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) Balai Latihan Kerja Kabupaten Tangerang pada tahun 2023 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 130 orang. Analisis data dilakukan melalui pengujian statistik SPSS versi 25. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 74% dengan kategori efektif. Saran dalam penelitian ini adalah Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) Balai Latihan Kerja Kabupaten Tangerang perlu lebih banyak mensosialisasikan program pelatihan kerja baik melalui media sosial, spanduk/baliho dan sosialisasi di tingkat kecamatan, dan melakukan peninjauan lebih lanjut terkait penentuan lokasi diselenggarakannya pelatihan kerja yaitu ada baiknya lokasi pelatihan kerja berada di tengah-tengah atau tersebar di beberapa wilayah Kabupaten Tangerang.
