Abstract

The Banten Lama area is currently the main tourist attraction in Serang City with the Banten Grand Mosque which is a religious tourism destination in Serang City. Even in 2021, the number of tourists visiting Banten Lama Religious Tourism will reach 900 thousand tourists. The high number of tourists creates a need for transportation that supports the mobilization of tourists, and requires tourists to choose the type of transportation mode used to get to the Banten Lama Religious Tourism location. This can be proven from the density of transportation around the Banten Lama Religious Tourism during holidays and other Islamic holidays, especially on public transport and private transport. So research was carried out regarding the modes of transportation used by tourists to the Banten Lama area. The purpose of this study is to determine the characteristics of users of visitor modes of transportation and the factors that influence religious tourism visitors in determining the type of transportation used to travel to tourist locations, and to determine the probability of choosing the mode. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to visitors of the Banten Lama Religious Tourism using the Stated Preference method and analyzed using the SPSS v26 program. The results of this research show that the characteristics of tourist transportation users heading to the Banten Lama area are that the majority are female. The majority of tourists are between 26 – 45 years old with the tourists' highest education being high school/equivalent. The results of the analysis show that the factors that influence tourists to use certain transportation are considerations of time, service comfort and cost. Based on the assessment carried out by respondents, the probability value for choosing a private transportation mode based on the cost attribute was 83.6% and the time attribute was 89.5%. The comfort and service attributes were 89.3%. By using private transportation for visitors, it is more time efficient and easier to get a vehicle. Additional Information: Kawasan Banten Lama saat ini menjadi daya tarik wisata utama di Kota Serang dengan adanya Masjid Agung Banten yang menjadi Destinasi Wisata Religi di Kota Serang. Bahkan pada tahun 2021, Jumlah Wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Wisata Religi Banten Lama mencapai 900 Ribu Wisatawan. Tingginya jumlah Wisatawan menimbulkan kebutuhan akan transportasi yang menunjang mobilisasi para wisatawan,dan mengharuskan wisatawan memilih jenis moda transportasi yang digunakan menuju lokasi Wisata Religi Banten Lama, hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari kepadatan transportasi disekitaran Wisata Religi Banten Lama pada waktu hari libur dan Hari Besar Islam lainnya, khususnya pada angkutan umum dan angkutan pribadi. Maka dilakukan penelitian mengenai moda transportasi yang digunakan wisatawan menuju Kawasan Banten Lama. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui karakteristik pengguna moda transportasi Pengunjung dan faktor yang mempengaruhi Pengunjung Wisata Religi dalam menentukan jenis angkutan yang digunakan menuju lokasi Wisata, dan mengetahui probabilitas pemilihan moda. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada para pengunjung Wisata Religi Banten Lama dengan metode Stated Preference dan dianalisa dengan program SPSS v26. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa karakteristik pengguna moda transportasi Wisatawan menuju ke Kawasan Banten Lama ialah mayoritas berjenis kelamin perempuan. Mayoritas usia wisatawan diantara 26 – 45 tahun dengan pendidikan terakhir wisatawan adalah SMA / Sederajat. Hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa Faktor yang mempengaruhi para Wisatawan untuk menggunakan transportasi tertentu yakni pertimbangan waktu, kenyamanan pelayanan dan biaya. Berdasarkan penilaian yang dilakukan responden didapatkan Nilai probabilitas pemilihan moda angkutan pribadi berdasarkan atribut biaya sebesar 83,6% dan atribut waktu sebesar 89,5%. Pada atribut kenyamanan dan pelayanan sebesar 89,3%. Dengan menggunakan angkutan pribadi pengunjung lebih efisieni waktu dan kemudahan untuk mendapatkan kendaraan.
