Abstract

The importance of ethnoscience learning in schools, this can bridge indigenous science and scientific science in the aspect of knowledge that is oriented towards students' understanding of the surrounding environment. Then in accordance with 21st century education that combines knowledge with skills. Namely critical thinking skills, literacy skills and the use of technology in education. Learning that can facilitate students with various technological innovations, one of which is electronic teaching materials. In accordance with the research to be carried out, namely the development of electronic teaching materials that can integrate chemistry learning with the culture around the community. The purpose of this study was to develop an ethnoscience-based worksheet on alkane derivative compounds. This development research uses the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate). The results showed that the ethnoscience-based worksheet obtained a Vcount value of 0.86. So that the media is declared “valid” based on Aiken's validity where the value of Vhitung ≥ Vtabel (0.70). The average percentage of all indicators of students‘ critical thinking skills was 67.5% with the category “sufficient”, and the students’ response to the ethnoscience-based worksheet obtained ‘very good’ results of 84%. This shows that the ethnoscience-based worksheet on alkane derivative compounds material is declared valid and feasible to use as learning media. This shows that the ethnoscience-based worksheet is valid and feasible to use as learning media to stimulate students' critical thinking skills.

Additional Information: Pentingnya pembelajaran etnosains di sekolah, hal ini dapat menjembatani sains asli dan sains ilmiah pada aspek pegetahuan yang berorientasi pada pemahaman siswa terhadap lingkungan di sekitarnya. Kemudian sesuai dengan pendidikan abad 21 yang memadukan pengetahuan dengan keterampilan. Yaitu keterampilan berpikir kritis, keterampilan literasi dan penggunaan teknologi dalam bidang pendidikan. Pembelajaran yang dapat memfasilitasi siswa dengan berbagai inovasi teknologi salah satunya bahan ajar elektronik. Sesuai dengan penelitian yang akan dilakukan yaitu pengembangan bahan ajar elektronik yang dapat mengintegrasikan pembelajaran kimia dengan budaya sekitar masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan website e-LKPD berbasis etnosains pada masteri senyawa turunan alkana. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa website e-LKPD berbasis etnosains memperoleh nilai Vhitung sebesar 0,86. Sehingga media tersebut dinyatakan “valid” berdasarkan validitas Aiken’s dimana nilai Vhitung ≥ Vtabel (0,70). Hasil rata-rata persentase seluruh indikator kemampuan berpikir krits siswa sebesar 67,5% dengan kategori “cukup”, dan respon peserta didik terhadap website e-LKPD berbasis etnosains memeperoleh hasil “sangat baik” yakni sebesar 84%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa website e-LKPD berbasis etnosains dinyatakan valid dan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran untuk mestimulus keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa.
