Abstract
The research was motivated by an organization for women, called Women Farmers Group, which is involved in agricultural activities. It is based on the principles of friendship, unity, and common interest. The Women Farmers Group serves as a platform that provides opportunities for women to participate in the development of the agricultural sector. This group was founded because its members have the same agricultural business, live in close proximity, and have the same perception and motivation to improve economic welfare. The purpose of this study is to find out whether the Farmer Women Group plays a role in improving family welfare in Sindangmulya Village, Cibarusah District, Bekasi Regency, and to identify the extent to which the Farmer Women Group is influential in improving family welfare in Sindangmulya Village, Cibarusah District, Bekasi Regency. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire with the Likert scale. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, with a sample size of 30 farmers. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis, with simultaneous significance testing (F-test) and partial significance testing (t-test) carried out using SPSS. Based on the results of the t-test, the calculated t-value must be greater than the value of the t-table (2.048). The variable of role as a learning class (X1) has a negative effect and the production unit (X3) has a positive effect. Meanwhile, the cooperative variable does not have a significant influence on improving family welfare. The role of the Women's Farmer Group is beneficial in improving family welfare, as evidenced by the results of the Likert scale analysis, which shows a score of 79% (good) for the role and 78% (good) for welfare.

Ini didasarkan pada prinsip-prinsip persahabatan, persatuan, dan kepentingan bersama. Kelompok Wanita Tani berfungsi sebagai platform yang memberikan kesempatan bagi perempuan untuk berpartisipasi dalam pengembangan sektor pertanian. Kelompok ini didirikan karena anggotanya memiliki bisnis pertanian yang sama, tinggal berdekatan, serta memiliki persepsi dan motivasi yang sama untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah Kelompok Wanita Tani berperan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga di Desa Sindangmulya, Kecamatan Cibarusah, Kabupaten Bekasi, dan untuk mengidentifikasi sejauh mana pengaruh Kelompok Wanita Tani dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga di Desa Sindangmulya, Kecamatan Cibarusah, Kabupaten Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh, dengan ukuran sampel 30 petani. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, dengan pengujian signifikansi simultan (F-test) dan pengujian signifikansi parsial (t-test) dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t, nilai-t yang dihitung harus lebih besar dari nilai tabel-t (2,048). Variabel peran sebagai kelas belajar (X1) memiliki efek negatif dan unit produksi (X3) memiliki efek positif. Sementara itu, variabel koperasi tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga. Peran Kelompok Tani Perempuan bermanfaat dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga, dibuktikan dengan hasil analisis skala Likert, yang menunjukkan skor 79% (baik) untuk peran dan 78% (baik) untuk kesejahteraan. | |||||||||
