Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of burnout on employee performance, occupational safety and health (K3) on employee performance, burnout on employee performance mediation by compensation, occupational safety and health (K3) on employee performance moderated by work facility, and burnout on employee performance moderated by work facilities. The method used is descriptive-quantitative, using a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 101 employees at the FPSO X offshore oil and gas processing facility. The number of variables used is as many as five, with the following number of burnout four indicators, four indicators of occupational safety and health, four indicators of compensation, four indicators of work facilities, and four indicators of employee performance. Thus, the total indicators used are 20 indicators. The sampling method used is a census or saturation sample. The results showed that burnout had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, K3 had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, burnout had a positive and significant effect on compensation, compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, K3 which is influenced by work facilities had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Burnout which is influenced by work facilities had a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance.

Additional Information: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh burnout terhadap kinerja karyawan, keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) terhadap kinerja karyawan, burnout terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh kompensasi, keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimoderasi oleh fasilitas kerja dan burnout terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimoderasi oleh fasilitas kerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada fasilitas pengolahan migas lepas pantai FPSO X yang berjumlah 101 orang. Jumlah variabel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 5 variabel dengan jumlah indikator burnout 4 indikator, keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja 4 indikator, kompensasi 4 indikator, fasilitas kerja 4 indikator serta kinerja karyawan 4 indikator. Dengan demikian total indikator yang dipergunakan sebanyak 20 indikator. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah menggunakan sensus atau sebagai sampel saturasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa burnout berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, K3 berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, burnout berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompensasi, kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, K3 yang dipengaruhi fasilitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Burnout yang dipengaruhi fasilitas kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan
