Abstract
The focus of the research is Collaborative Governance in Overcoming Unemployment in Tangerang City. The unemployment rate is still high amidst high economic growth, there is a lack of awareness among members regarding the collaboration process, and a lack of active participation from companies regarding collaboration. This research aims to find out more about Collaborative Governance in Overcoming Unemployment in the City of Tangerang by using descriptive qualitative research. Using primary data collection techniques with observation and interviews as well as documentation. This research uses secondary data collection techniques with documents and other secondary data sources. This research is based on the Collaborative Governance theory from Ansel and Gash (2002:7) which consists of 4 key elements, namely: Initial conditions, Institutional Design, Facilitative Leadership, and Collaboration Process. The results of this research show that Collaborative Governance in Overcoming Unemployment in Tangerang City is still not optimal.

Additional Information: | Fokus Penelitian adalah Collaborative Governance dalam Penanggulangan Pengangguran di Kota Tangerang. Masih tingginya angka pengangguran di tengah pertumbuhan ekonomi yang begitu tinggi, kurangnya kesadaran anggota pada proses kolaborasi, serta kurangnya partisipasi aktif dari perusahaan terkait kolaborasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat lebih mengetahui bagaimana Collaborative Governance dalam Penanggulangan Pengangguran di Kota Tangerang dengan menggunakan penelitan yang bersifat Kualitatif deskriptif. Menggunakan Teknik pengumpulan data primer dengan observasi dan wawancara serta dokumentasi. Penelitian ini mengguanakan teknki pengumpulan data sekunder dengan dokumen dan sumber data sekunder lainnya. Penelitian ini berpatokan pada teori Collaborative Governance dari Ansel dan Gash (2002:7) yang terdiri dari 4 elemen kunci, Yaitu : Kondisi awal, Desain Kelembagaan, Kepemimpinan Fasilitatif, dan Proses Kolaborasi. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Collaborative Governance dalam Penanggulangan Pengangguran di Kota Tangerang Masih belum optimal. | ||||||
