Abstract
Prosperous Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Kadubeureum Village were established with the aim of driving the village economy and being able to increase Village Original Income (PADes), however Sejahtera BUMDes in Kadubeureum Village experienced several obstacles, namely the absence of capital provided for the basic food stall business and the savings and loan type of business so that both types of business are not running, BUMDes Sejahtera has not been able to increase Village Original Income (PADes), and the human resources of BUMDes managers have not carried out their roles well so that governance at BUMDes Sejahtera is not yet optimal. This research uses the principles of good corporate governance using qualitative research methods. The management of Prosperous Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Kadubeureum Village based on the principles of Good Corporate Governance has been implemented quite well. However, technically it is not running optimally because capital assistance from the Village Government and the lack of implementation of a salary or wage system for the management of BUMDes Sejahtera, Kadubeureum Village, Pabuaran District, Serang Regency.

| Additional Information: | Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Sejahtera di Desa Kadubeureum yang didirikan dengan tujuan agar menggerakan perekonomian desa dan mampu meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Desa (PADes), akan tetapi BUMDes Sejahtera di Desa Kadubeureum mengalami beberapa hambatan, yaitu tidak adanya modal yang diberikan untuk jenis usaha warung sembako dan jenis usaha simpan pinjam sehingga kedua jenis usaha tersebut tidak berjalan, BUMDes Sejahtera belum mampu meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Desa (PADes), serta sumber daya manusia pengelola BUMDes belum menjalankan perannya dengan baik sehingga tata kelola pada BUMDes Sejahtera belum maksimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan prinsip-prinsip good corporate governance dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Pengelolaan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Sejahtera di Desa Kadubeureum berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip Good Corporate Governance sudah dijalankan dengan cukup baik. Namun secara teknis belum berjalan dengan maksimal karena bantuan permodalan dari Pemerintah Desa serta belum terlaksananya sistem penggajian atau pengupahan kepada penglola BUMDes Sejahtera Desa Kadubeureum Kecamatan Pabuaran Kabupaten Serang. | ||||||
