Abstract
One important agricultural sector is the food crops sector, particularly rice, as Indonesia has achieved self-sufficiency in rice production. This positions Indonesia as a potential rice exporter in Asia. This success is also attributed to the crucial role and hard work of rice farmers in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to understand farmers' perceptions of the production factors and rice prices that affect rice farmers' income. The method used is quantitative descriptive analysis. The research was conducted in Medalsari Village, Saketi District, with a sample of rice farmers from the village. The data analysis involves validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research findings, it was determined that farmers' perceptions of production factors—including seeds, urea, ponska (type of fertilizer), pesticides, labor, and land area—do not significantly affect farmers' income. In contrast, perceptions of rice prices, including price affordability, price suitability, price relative to quality, price relative to benefits, and price competitiveness, significantly impact rice farmers' income in Medalsari Village, Saketi District, Pandeglang Regency, with a coefficient of determination value of 9.2%, while the remaining variance is influenced by other unexamined variables.

| Additional Information: | Salah satu sektor pertanian yang penting adalah sektor tanaman pangan, khususnya padi Indonesia telah mencapai swasembada produksi beras. Hal ini menempatkan Indonesia sebagai eksportir beras potensial di Asia. Keberhasilan ini juga disebabkan oleh peran krusialnya dan kerja keras para petani padi di Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami persepsi petani terhadap faktor produksi dan harga beras yang mempengaruhi pendapatan petani padi. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Itu penelitian dilakukan di Desa Medalsari Kecamatan Saketi dengan sampel padi petani dari desa. Analisis data meliputi uji validitas, reliabilitas pengujian, pengujian asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui persepsi petani terhadap produksi faktor—termasuk benih, urea, ponska (jenis pupuk), pestisida, tenaga kerja, dan luas lahan—tidak terlalu mempengaruhi pendapatan petani. Sebaliknya, persepsi tentang harga beras, meliputi keterjangkauan harga, kesesuaian harga, harga relatif terhadap kualitas, harga dibandingkan manfaat, dan daya saing harga, berdampak signifikan terhadap beras pendapatan petani di Desa Medalsari Kecamatan Saketi Kabupaten Pandeglang dengan a nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 9,2%, sedangkan varian sisanya adalah dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang belum diteliti. | |||||||||
