Abstract
Taro has the Latin name Colocasia Esculenta (L) Schott, this plant is a tuber that is often found in Indonesia. Taro is used as a staple ingredient for several food preparations in Indonesia and around the world. Taro leaves are believed to have a nicotine content of 0 which can be categorized as herbal cigarettes which can also be indicated as having many benefits and better functions than the conventional name which contains more nicotine. A number of agricultural and plantation commodities in Indonesia are in demand by foreign markets. Including taro beneng leaves which are reaching the export market. Exports will have a positive effect on a country's economic activities, because it is the expenditure of products from other countries on goods produced domestically. In this research, the author discusses the analysis of costs incurred in the beneng taro leaf chopping business, including costs, income, as well as analysis of the R/C ratio and BEP. The method used in this research is to use a quantitative descriptive method where data is obtained from surveys, interviews and observations as data collection tools. In this research, a calculation was obtained where the production costs used by the Talas Beneng Parung Workshop were Rp. 143,967,180,- with income of Rp. 50,912,820,- with BEP measurement results obtained on sales of Rp. 126,285,948,- with a production of 5,262 kg and a land area of 1,694 m2. with an R/C value of 1.35 which is considered feasible to implement.

| Additional Information: | Talas memiliki nama latin Colocasia Esculenta (L) Schott, tanaman ini termasuk ke dalam umbi-umbian yang banyak ditemukan di daerah Indonesia. Talas digunakan sebagai bahan pokok beberapa olahan makanan di Indonesia maupun di dunia. Umbi talas sedikit toksik, namun juga berkhasiat sebagai antiradang dan mengurangi bengkak. Daun talas diyakini memiliki kadar nikotin 0 yang dapat dikategorikan menjadi rokok herbal yang juga dapat diindikasikan memiliki banyak manfaat dan fungsi yang lebih baik daripada nama konvensional yang mengandung lebih banyak nikotin. Rokok daun talas ini juga memiliki berfungsi sebagai pengalih dari rokok konvensional menjadi rokok herbal agar para perokok dapat mengurangi asupan rokoknya dikarenakan tidak adanya zat adiktif pada rokok daun talas ini. Sejumlah komoditas pertanian dan perkebunan yang ada di Indonesia ternyata diminati pasar luar negeri. Termasuk daun talas beneng yang merambah pasar ekspor. Ekspor akan memberikan efek positif atas kegiatan ekonomi negara, karena ia merupakan pengeluaran produk negara lain ke atas barang yang dihasilkan di dalam negeri. Pada penelitian ini penulis membahas mengenai analisis biaya yang dikeluarkan pada usaha rajangan daun talas beneng diantaranya ada biaya, pendapatan, serta analisis R/C ratio dan BEP. Dengan manfaat Bagi pelaku yang memiliki usaha dari penelitian ini dapat mengetahui prospek usaha produksi rajangan daun talas beneng dilihat dari perhitungan sensitivitas untuk mengantisipasi kejadian yang tidak terduga pada usaha ekspor daun talas ini. | |||||||||
