Abstract
Utilizing the village website as a means of communicating with the local community helps provide effective service processes for both the community and village government officials. However, there are still several obstacles in utilizing the village website at the Bantar Panjang Village Government, District. Cikeusal is like Human Resources, namely there is only 1 website operator. The community has minimal knowledge about websites and the need for training that supports the human resources capabilities of website operators in Bantar Panjang Village. 1) in the Cikeusal District of Serang Regency, how is the website for Bantar Panjang Village maintained? 2) How would the Bantar Panjang, Cikeusal District government benefit from the Village website? Here are the goals of the research: The primary objective is to learn who is in charge of the Bantar Panjang Village website in the Cikeusal District. 2) To learn how the Bantar Panjang Government, Cikeusal District, may benefit from the Village website. Qualitative research is the approach used. Findings and discussion regarding government communication in Bantar Panjang Village, Kec. Cikeusal in utilizing the Village website as a means includes: 1) Website management is carried out by all Village government officials in general and is specifically handled by the Village website operator. In its management, there are still obstacles, including the Village budget being insufficient for adding features and maintaining the Village website. 2) Utilization of the Village website is carried out by all Bantar Panjang Village parties in accordance with their main duties and functions to present data on the Village website. Based on the findings of this study, the Bantar Panjang Village administration is reaping the benefits of its website for communication purposes.

| Additional Information: | Pemanfaatan website desa sebagai sarana untuk melakukan komunikasi dengan masyarakat setempat membantu proses pelayanan yang efektif baik bagi masyarakat maupun aparat pemerintah Desa. Namun, masih terdapat beberapa kendala dalam memanfaatkan website desa di Pemerintah Desa Bantar Panjang Kec. Cikeusal seperti Sumber Daya Manusia yaitu operator website hanya terdapat 1 orang, Masyarakat minim pengetahuan tentang website dan perlunya pelatihan-pelatihan yang menunjang kemampuan SDM Operator website di Desa Bantar Panjang. Pertanyaan penelitian yaitu: 1) Bagaimana pengelolaan website Desa Bantar Panjang Kecamatan Cikeusal Kabupaten Serang? 2) Bagaimana manfaat website Desa untuk Pemerintah Bantar Panjang Kecamatan Cikeusal?. Tujuan penelitian yaitu: 1) Untuk mengetahui pengelolaan website Desa Bantar Panjang Kecamatan Cikeusal 2) Untuk mengetahui manfaat website Desa untuk Pemerintah Bantar Panjang Kecamatan Cikeusal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif. Hasil temuan dan pembahasan tentang komunikasi pemerintah Desa Bantar Panjang Kec. Cikeusal dalam memanfaatkan website Desa sebagai meliputi: 1) Pengelolaan website dilakukan oleh semua aparatur pemerintah Desa secara umum dan secara khusus ditangani oleh operator website Desa. Dalam pengelolaannya, masih terdapat kendala antara lain anggaran Desa yang belum mencukupi untuk penambahan fitur dan perawatan website Desa. 2) Pemanfaatan website Desa dilakukan oleh semua pihak Desa Bantar Panjang sesuai dengan tugas pokok dan fungsinya untuk menyajikan data di website Desa. Studi ini menemukan bahwa pemerintah Desa Bantar Panjang dapat mengambil manfaat dari komunikasi yang dilakukannya melalui situs web desa | |||||||||
