Abstract
A waste bank functions as a facility for sorting and collecting recyclable waste with economic value. However, the problem is that the innovation in waste management through the waste bank program has not yet been able to reduce the volume of waste in the city of Serang. This is evidenced by SISPN data, which shows that the amount of waste managed by the waste bank in the city of Serang in 2022 was 778.96 tons/year, while the overall volume of waste in the city of Serang in 2022 was 213,464 tons/year. This means that the percentage of waste managed by the waste bank is only 0.27%. The diffusion or dissemination of information related to the waste bank program is key to the success of the program, as it ensures that the idea, innovation, or program can be accepted and implemented by the community. The factors that influence the success of a program, idea, or innovation can be seen from the communication process in this diffusion. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of the characteristics of the Digital Waste Bank program on the decision to adopt innovation in waste management in the digital waste bank program. 1. To analyze the influence of the communication channels of the Digital Waste Bank on the decision to adopt the digital waste bank program innovation in the city. 2. To analyze the influence of the social system of Change Agents on the decision to adopt innovation in waste management in the city's waste bank. 3. To analyze the influence of the promotion of Change Agents on the decision to adopt innovation in waste management in the city's waste bank. 4. To analyze the characteristics of the program, communication channels, social systems, and the promotion of change agents together on the adoption of the digital waste bank program in Serang city.The method used is a survey method with a positivist paradigm and a quantitative approach, using a probability sampling technique with a sample of 80 customers of the digital waste bank in Serang city. The research results, based on the F test, show a significant influence of the program characteristics, communication channels, social system, and change agents together on the adoption of the digital waste bank program because the significance value for the F test is 0.00, which means <0.05. This means that hypothesis 5, which states that there is a significant influence between the variables of program characteristics (X1), communication channels (X2), social system (X3), and promotion of change agents (X4) together on the adoption of the digital waste bank program, is accepted and Ho is rejected.

| Additional Information: | Latar Belakang Bank sampah berfungsi sebagai wadah pemilahan dan pengumpulan sampah daur ulang yang bernilai ekonomis Namun yang menjadi permasalahan keberadaan inovasi pada pengelolaan sampah lewat program bank sampah nyatanya masih belum dapat mengurangi jumlah volume sampah di kota Serang hal ini dibuktikan dari data SISPN jumlah capaian sampah yang dapat dikelola oleh bank sampah di kota Serang di tahun 2022 sejumlah 778.96 ton/ tahun, sedangkan secara keseluruhan jumlah volume sampah kota Serang di tahun 2022 sebanyak 213,464 ton/ tahun. itu artinya persentase sampah yang dapat dikelola oleh bank sampah hanya 0,27% Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis pengaruh karakteristik Inovasi, Saluran komunikasi sistem sosial, promosi Agen Perubahan terhadap Keputusan adopsi inovasi pengelolaan sampah pada program bank sampah digital Bank Sampah Digital terhadap Keputusan adopsi inovasi program bank sampah Digital,di kota Serang, Teori yang digunakan adalah teori difusi inovasi Everet Rogers, proses difusi atau penyebaran informasi terkait program bank sampah menjadi kunci kesuksesan program tersebut, karena hal ini memastikan bahwa ide, inovasi, atau program tersebut dapat diterima dan diimplementasikan oleh masyarakat. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan suatu program, ide, atau inovasi dapat dilihat dari proses komunikasi dalam proses difusi tersebut Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan Paradigma positivist, Pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan Sampel dengan teknik Probability Sampling dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 80 orang naabah bank sampah digital kota serang Hasil Penelitian berdasarkan hasil uji F dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan antara karakteristik program, saluran komunikasi, sistem sosial, dan agen perubahan secara Bersama sama terhadap adopsi program bank sampah digital karena hasil nilai signifikansi untuk uji f sebesar 0.00 yang artinya <0.05 hal ini berarti hasil hipotesis 5 yang berbunyi terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara variabel karakteristik program (X1) , saluran komunikasi (X2)sistem sosial (X3) dan promosi agen perubahan (X4) secara Bersama-sama terhadap adopsi program bak sampah digital Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak | |||||||||
