Abstract
The oil and gas sector is crucial for Indonesia's national development, including the sale of 3kg LPG. SPPBE PT. Trasindo Sentosa is a company engaged in the filling and distribution of bulk LPG. The operator's work is performed outdoors in open areas, causing them to experience high temperatures while working. This study uses the NASA-TLX method to measure mental workload and the %CVL method to measure physical workload. The study involves 6 filling operators and 9 loading/unloading operators. The results of the physical workload measurement show that 3 filling operators do not experience fatigue, while the other 3 require improvements, and all filling operators have high mental workloads. Meanwhile, the physical workload measurement for the 9 loading/unloading operators indicates fatigue and very high mental workloads. For filling operators, the t-test results show a significant value of Sig 0.034, indicating that environmental temperature affects physical workload, while the t-test results for mental workload show a Sig value of 0.864, indicating no influence of environmental temperature on mental workload. For loading/unloading operators, the t-test results show a Sig value of 0.046 for physical workload and 0.046 for mental workload, indicating that environmental temperature affects both types of workload.

| Additional Information: | Sektor minyak dan gas bumi sangat penting bagi pembangunan nasional Indonesia, termasuk penjualan LPG 3kg. SPPBE PT. Trasindo Sentosa adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pengisian dan distribusi bulk elpiji. Pekerjaan operator dilakukan di luar ruangan pada area terbuka sehingga membuat operator merasakan suhu panas saat bekerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode NASA-TLX untuk mengukur beban kerja mental dan metode %CVL untuk mengukur beban kerja fisik. Penelitian ini melibatkan 6 operator pengisian dan 9 operator bongkar muat. Hasil pengukuran beban kerja fisik menunjukkan 3 operator pengisian tidak terjadi kelelahan, sementara 3 lainnya diperlukan perbaikan dan semua operator pengisian memiliki beban kerja mental tinggi. Sementara itu, pengukuran beban kerja fisik pada 9 operator bongkar muat menunjukkan terjadi kelelahan dan memiliki beban kerja mental sangat tinggi. Pada operator pengisian, hasil uji t menunjukkan nilai signifikan Sig 0.034, yang berarti ada pengaruh suhu lingkungan terhadap beban kerja fisik, sementara hasil uji t untuk beban kerja mental menunjukkan nilai Sig 0.864, yang berarti tidak ada pengaruh suhu lingkungan terhadap beban kerja mental. Untuk operator bongkar muat, hasil uji t menunjukkan nilai Sig 0.046 untuk beban kerja fisik dan 0.046 untuk beban kerja mental, yang berarti suhu lingkungan mempengaruhi kedua jenis beban kerja tersebut. | |||||||||
