Abstract
A project is a series of temporary activities that take place within a limited time with certain resources and are designed to complete tasks with clear objectives (Nurhayati, 2010). There are several important components of project implementation that determine project success, or what are called initial project objectives. These components are price, time and quality which are interrelated. These three components must be handled as well as possible in order to provide benefits according to plan. (Husen, 2009) The aim of this research is to determine whether project implementation is in accordance with the planned schedule, time and costs and whether the application of the Earned Value method can predict the final time and costs. Quantitative research will be conducted. This research uses two methods: field survey (field observation and data collection) and analysis (result value concept). The results of the Earned Value analysis on this project show that the Earned Value method is effective for estimating the time and costs used. In the 22nd week of reporting, the values obtained were CPI = 1.13 (CPI < 1) and SPI = 1.74 (SPI > 1) which shows that the implementation time was completed faster than anticipated and expenditure was less than anticipated. The results of the analysis state that the profit opportunity obtained by the contractor is IDR 811,880,865 or 11.65% with an implementation time difference of 8 weeks faster than planned.

Additional Information: | Proyek adalah serangkaian kegiatan sementara yang berlangsung dalam waktu terbatas dengan sumber daya tertentu dan dirancang untuk menyelesaikan tugas dengan tujuan yang jelas (Nurhayati, 2010). Ada beberapa komponen penting pelaksanaan proyek yang menentukan keberhasilan proyek, atau disebut tujuan awal proyek. Komponen-komponen tersebut adalah harga, waktu dan kualitas yang saling berkaitan. Ketiga komponen ini harus ditangani sebaik mungkin agar dapat memberikan manfaat sesuai rencana.(Husen, 2009) Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan apakah pelaksanaan proyek sesuai dengan jadwal, waktu, dan biaya yang direncanakan dan apakah penerapan metode Earned Value dapat memprediksi waktu dan biaya akhir. Penelitian kuantitatif akan dilakukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua metode: survei lapangan (pengamatan dan pengumpulan data lapangan) dan analisis (konsep nilai hasil). Hasil analisis Earned Value pada proyek ini bahwa metode Earned value efektif untuk memperkirakan waktu dan biaya yang digunakan. Pada pelaporan minggu minggu ke-22, didapatkan nilai CPI = 1,13 (CPI < 1) dan SPI = 1,74 (SPI > 1) yang menujukan waktu pelaksanaan selesai lebih cepat dari yang diantisipasi dan pengeluaran lebih sedikit dari yang diantisipasi. Hasil analisis menyatakan peluang keuntungan yang di dapat oleh kontraktor sebesar Rp.811.880.865 atau 11,65% dengan selisih waktu pelaksanaan 8 minggu lebih cepat dengan rencana. | |||||||||
