Abstract
This study aims to test and obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of the implementation of performance measurement systems, reward systems, and management accounting information systems on managerial performance in modern retail companies in Serang City. This research is a type of quantitative research, power is collected using primary data and online questionnaires using google forms to obtain information from respondents. The number of samples used in this study amounted to 100 people. This research sample consists of lower management to top management. The analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) with the SmartPLS 4.0 analysis tool. The results of this study are 1) Performance Measurement System affects Managerial Performance, 2) Reward System has no effect on Managerial Performance, 3) Management Accounting Information System affects Managerial Performance.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mendapatkan bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh penerapan sistem pengukuran kinerja, sistem penghargaan, dan sistem informasi akuntansi manajemen terhadap kinerja manajerial pada perusahaan ritel modern di Kota Serang. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, daya dikumpulkan menggunakan data primer dan kuisioner secara online dengan menggunakan google formulir untuk memperoleh informasi dari responden. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari manajer tingkat bawah (lower management) sampai atas (top management). Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan alat analisis SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) Sistem Pengukuran Kinerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Manajerial, 2) Sistem Penghargaan (Reward) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Manajerial, 3) Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Manajemen berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Manajerial. | ||||||
