Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of job crafting on work engagement, the influence of self-efficacy on work engagement, the influence of job crafting on employee performance, the influence of self-efficacy on employee performance and the influence of work engagement on employee performance of PT Lestari Banten Energi. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods, while the research population is 250 permanent employees of PT Lestari Banten Energi using simple random sampling of 126 respondents. Questionnaire answers are measured using a scale of 1-10. Data were analyzed using PLS software version 3.29. The results of this research state that: 1). Job crafting has a significant positive effect on work engagement, 2). Self efficacy has a significant positive effect on work engagement, 3). Job crafting has a significant positive effect on employee performance 4). Self efficacy has a significant positive effect on employee performance, and 5). Work Engagement has a significant positive effect on employee performance.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh dari job crafting terhadap work engagement, pengaruh self efficacy terhadap work engagement, pengaruh job crafting terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh self efficacy terhadap kinerja karyawan dan pengaruh work engagement terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Lestari Banten Energi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif, sedangkan untuk populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap PT Lestari Banten Energi sejumlah 250 karyawan dengan menggunakan simple random sampling sebanyak 126 responden. Jawaban kuesioner diukur dengan menggunakan skala 1-10. Data dianalisis menggunakan bantuan software PLS versi 3.29. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa: 1).Job crafting berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap work engagement, 2).Self efficacy berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap work engagement, 3). Job crafting berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan 4). Self efficacy berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan 5). Work Engagement berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
