Abstract
Tofu is a food made from soybeans, around 38% of soybeans in Indonesia are consumed in the form of processed tofu. The average consumption of tofu per capita in Indonesia in 2022 is 0.152 kg per week. Production activities will not run without tools or factors that influence production. The relationship between production factors has a very strong relationship in influencing production. Tofu craftsmen in Pejaten Village produce in different quantities, this is due to the availability of production factors, such as the amount of capital owned and the increasing price of raw materials. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive. The sampling technique is saturated sampling. The number of samples is 30 respondents. The results of the t-test show that the variables of capital, labor and raw materials have a positive effect on tofu production, but the fuel variable has a negative effect on tofu production. The results of the f-test show that together the variables of capital, labor, raw materials and fuel have an effect on tofu production. The results of the R2 test of 0,878 indicate that the variables of capital, labor, raw materials, and fuel as a whole have an influence of 87,8% on tofu production. | Additional Information: | Tahu merupakan makanan yang terbuat dari kacang kedelai, sekitar 38% dari kedelai yang ada di Indonesia merupakan bahan makanan tersebut dikonsumsi dalam bentuk olahan tahu. Rata-rata konsumsi tahu per kapita di Indonesia pada tahun 2022 adalah 0,152 kg per minggu. Kegiatan produksi tidak akan berjalan tanpanya alat atau faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi. Hubungan antar produksi Faktor-faktor tersebut mempunyai hubungan yang sangat kuat dalam mempengaruhi produksi. Pengrajin tahu di Desa Pejaten memproduksi dalam jumlah yang berbeda-beda, hal ini disebabkan ketersediaannya faktor produksi, seperti jumlah modal yang dimiliki dan kenaikan harga bahan mentah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel tekniknya adalah sampling jenuh. Jumlah sampelnya adalah 30 responden. Itu Hasil uji t menunjukkan variabel modal, tenaga kerja dan bahan baku mempunyai pengaruh berpengaruh positif terhadap produksi tahu, namun variabel bahan bakar berpengaruh negatif produksi tahu. Hasil uji f menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama variabel modal, tenaga kerja, bahan baku dan bahan bakar berpengaruh terhadap produksi tahu. Hasil dari Uji R2 sebesar 0,878 menunjukkan bahwa variabel modal, tenaga kerja, bahan baku, dan bahan bakar secara keseluruhan mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 87,8% terhadap produksi tahu.
