Abstract

ABSTRACT Eva Irmayanti/092758/Department of Management Faculty of Economics/ University of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa/Influence of Financial Compensation and Nonfinancial Compensation on Employee Performance At PT. Parkland World Indonesia Department of Planning/Under Guidance of H. Wawan Prahiawan SE,. MM and Roni Kambara, ST.,M.MT. The purpose of this study to determine the employees' responses to financial compensation (X 1 ), Non-financial Compensation (X ), Performance (Y) and to determine how much influence financial compensation (X 2 ) and Non-financial Compensation (X 2 1 ) on the performance (Y). The method used is descriptive and causal methods research design using the exploratory design, descriptive design and causal design. Financial compensation results showed a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees is 10.24 percent . non-financial compensation and a significant positive effect on the performance of employees is 52.56 percent . financial compensation and non-financial compensation jointly positive and significant effect on the performance of employees is 58.8 percent . Results for the value of R = 0.767 then the relationship between variables X 1 and X variables simultaneously to variable Y is a strong relationship . In the model summary determination coefficient of 0.588 means the ability to explain the independent variables ( financial compensation and non-financial compensation ) to the dependent variable ( employee performance ) of 58.8 percent , while the remaining 41.2 percent is explained by other factors not examined in the study this as motivation , training and leadership . While the adjusted R square of 0.573 , which means that donations influence of variables X 1 and X simultaneously to the rise and fall of 57.3 percent Y and no other values that influence because it is constant or has been adjusted . Equation can regresin at Y = 4.327 + 0.262 X1 + 0.717 X2 . 2 Keywords: financial compensation, non-financial compensation, employee performance.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tanggapan karyawan terhadap kompensasi finansial (X 1 ), Kompensasi Non Finansial (X ), Kinerja (Y) dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kompensasi finansial (X 2 ) dan Kompensasi Non Finansial (X 2 1 ) terhadap kinerja (Y). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan metode kausal serta desain penelitiannya menggunakan desain exploratory, desain deskriptif dan desain kausal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kompensasi finansial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 10,24 persen. kompensasi non finansial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 52,56 persen. kompensasi finansial dan kompensasi non finansial secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 58,8 persen. Hasil untuk nilai R = 0,767 maka hubungan antara variabel X 1 dan variabel X secara simultan terhadap variabel Y adalah hubungan yang kuat. Pada model summary nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,588 berarti kemampuan menjelaskan variabel independen (kompensasi finansial dan kompensasi non finansial) terhadap variabel dependen (kinerja karyawan) sebesar 58,8 persen, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 41,2 persen dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini seperti motivasi, pelatihan dan kepemimpinan. Sementara adjusted R square sebesar 0,573, yang berarti sumbangan pengaruh variabel X 1 dan X secara simultan terhadap naik turunnya Y sebesar 57,3 persen dan tidak ada nilai lain yang mempengaruhi karena sudah konstan atau telah disesuaikan. Persamaan regresin di dapat Y = 4,327 + 0,262 X 1 + 0,717 X . 2 2 Kata kunci: Kompensasi finansial, kompensasi non finansial, kinerja karyawan.
