Abstract

SUMMARY ELZA YUNITA. The Effect of Bokashi Types and The Concentration of Liquid Organic Fertilizerto Cauli flower (Brassica oleracea var. Botrytis L.) Growth and Yield In The Lowlands. (Guided by Putra Utama, Imas Rohmawati, and Kardiyono). This research was aimed to know the effect of bokashi types and the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer to caulif lower plant (Brassica oleracea var. Botrytis L.) growth and yield in the lowlands. This research was done at Singamerta experimental farm Balai Pengkajian Teknologi Pertanian (BPTP) Ciruas, Banten from July to October 2013. This research used Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with two factors. The first factor was type of bokashi with three levels, they were chicken bokashi, goat bokashi and cow bokashi. The second factor was the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer which had four levels, they were 0 ml/l, 5 ml/l, 10 ml/l, 15 ml/l. Every treatment was repeated three times. The parameters of this research were the high of plant, the number of leaves, leaf area, fresh weight and dry weight of leaf, fresh weight and dry weight of root, fresh weight and dry weight of plant, the curd forth timing, curd diameter, curd weight and curd dry weight each plant. The result of this research showed that the giving of cow bokashi and goat bokashigave the best on growth and yield on the parameters of leaf area, fresh weight and dry weight of leaf, fresh weight and dry weight of root, fresh weight and dry weight of plant, curd diameter, curd weight and curd dry weight each plant. Whereas the fastest of curd forth timing was cow bokashi treatment with average 41,50 days after planting and the highest number of leaves was goat bokashi treatment. There was an interaction between goat bokashi and 15 ml/l concentration of liquid organic fertilizer (P2K3) which have been given on the number of leaves at 35 days after planting with average 16,33 strands.

Penelitian ini bertujua nuntuk mengetahui pengaruh beberapa jenis bokashi kotoran ternak dan konsentrasi pupuk organik cair terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kubis bunga (Brassica oleracea var. Botrytis L.) di dataran rendah. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di kebun percobaan Singamerta Balai Pengkajian Teknologi Pertanian (BPTP) Ciruas, Banten, dari bulan Juli sampai Oktober 2013. Percobaan ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK), terdiri dari dua faktor. Faktor pertama jenis bokashi, terdiri dari tiga taraf yaitu bokashi ayam, bokashi kambing dan bokashi sapi. Faktor kedua konsentrasi pupuk organik cair, terdiri dari empat taraf yaitu 0 ml/l, 5 ml/l, 10 ml/l, 15 ml/l. Tiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak tiga kali. Parameter yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, berat segar dan berat kering daun, berat segar dan berat kering akar, berat segar dan berat kering brangkasan tanaman, hari muncul bunga, diameter bunga, berat bunga, dan berat kering bunga per tanaman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberian bokashi sapi dan bokashi kambing memberikan pertumbuhan dan hasil terbaik pada parameter luas daun, berat segar dan berat kering daun, berat segar dan berat kering akar, berat segar dan berat kering brangkasan tanaman, berat segar bunga dan berat kering bunga per tanaman, serta diameter bunga. Sedangkan hari muncul bunga tercepat yaitu pada perlakuan bokashi sapi dengan rata-rata 41,50 hari setelah tanam dan jumlah daun terbanyak yaitu pada perlakuan bokashi kambing. Terdapat interaksi yang diberikan terhadap parameter jumlah daun antara perlakuan bokashi kambing dan konsentrasi pupuk organik cair 15 ml/l (P2K3) pada umur 35 HST dengan ratarata 16,33 helai.
