Abstract
Specifically, the aim of this research is to explain things such as the interpretation of ing ngarso sung tulodo, interpretation of ing madyo mangun karso, interpretation of tut wuri handayani by educators at SD Negeri Cilegon 02 and the application of these three mottos. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Ing ngarso sung tulodo means being a role model and playing a good role. Ing Madyo Mangun Karso means inspiration builder for students. Tutwuri handayani means giver of encouragement and encouragement. In implementing the motto of educators or school principals, the school sets an example for its students, namely regarding cleanliness of rubbish, the principal always arrives early. In implementing the second motto, educators always make learning plans that will be used for each learning activity. Meanwhile, in applying the third motto, the researchers assume that all school members at SD Negeri Cilegon 02 work together, helping each other in motivating students to develop their students' knowledge and skills.

Additional Information: | Secara khusus tujuan daripada penelitian ini adalah untuk menguraikan hal-hal seperti Interpretasi ing ngarso sung tulodo, interpretasi ing madyo mangun karso, Interpretasi tut wuri handayani oleh pendidik di SD Negeri Cilegon 02 dan penerapan dari ketiga semboyan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Ing ngarso sung tulodo berarti sebagai teladan serta berperan baik. Ing madyo mangun karso berarti pembangun inspirasi bagi peserta didik. Tutwuri handayani berarti pemberi semangat dan dorongan. Dalam menerapkan semboyan pendidik atau kepala sekolah, di sekolah tersebut mencontohkan satu keteladanan untuk peserta didiknya yaitu mengenai kebersihan sampah, kepala sekolah selalu datang lebih awal. Dalam menerapkan semboyan kedua pendidik selalu membuat perencanaan pembelajaran yang akan digunakan untuk setiap kegiatan pembelajaran. Sedangkan dalam menerapkan semboyan ketiga peneliti berasumsi bahwa seluruh warga sekolah yang berada di SD Negeri Cilegon 02 tersebut bekerja sama, saling membantu dalam memotivasi peserta didik dalam menumbuh kembangkan pengetahuan ataupun keterampilan peserta didiknya. | |||||||||
