Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted to test the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO) of the Dividend Payout Ratio and Return on Equity as an Intervening Variable. Research done on the property and realestate sector research period 2010-2013. Data obtained with the method of purposive sampling criteria (1) companies that Listed Indonesia stock exchange (2) distribute the annual financial reports (3) distribute dividends during the period of the study. Companies that enter into firm as 6 research samples. Deskrivtive, statistical analysis techniques used in the study was the analysis of the Path (Path Analys) and research hypotheses using a t-test statistics. From the results of the analysis show that variable CR, DER, tattoos and ROE, only partially variable DER ROE and has a positive influence on the house of refresentatives. Analysis of the test result line ROE could not mediate the CR, DER, tattoos of the house of refresentatives. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Asset Turn Over (TATO) terhadap Dividen Payout Ratio dengan Return on Equity sebagai Variabel Intervening. Penelitian dilakukan pada sektor property dan realestate periode penelitian 2010-2013. Data diperoleh dengan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria (1) perusahaan yang Listed Bursa Efek Indonesia (2) membagikan laporan keuangan tahunan (3) membagikan Dividen selama periode penelitian. Perusahaan yang masuk kedalam sampel penelitian sebanyak 6 perusahaan. Statistik deskrivtive,Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Analisis Jalur (Path Analys) dan hipotesis penelitian menggunakan uji t-statistik. Dari hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa variabel CR,DER,TATO dan ROE,secara parsial hanya variabel DER dan ROE yang memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap DPR. Hasil uji Analisis jalur ROE tidak dapat memediasi CR,DER,TATO terhadap DPR. Kata Kunci : Current Ratio,Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset turn Over, Return on Equity, Dividen Payout Ratio.
