Abstract
Residential buildings are buildings specifically designed to be used as human residences. The use of columns with large enough dimensions will have an impact on the size of the room which becomes smaller. This can cause the function of the room to be disrupted. As an alternative, slender columns are made so that the problem of reducing the planned room area is resolved. This study was conducted to determine the need for slender column reinforcement and behavior in a 3-storey residential building in accordance with SNI 2847: 2019 and conduct a safety check of the building structure against the deviation that occurs according to SNI 1726: 2019. Structural analysis was carried out with the ETABS v9.7.1 program and manual calculations to determine the configuration of slender column reinforcement. The results obtained are the 10D16 rectangular column reinforcement configuration with D10-100 mm stirrups in the plastic joint area D10-150 mm outside the plastic joint, the 16D16 L column reinforcement configuration with D10-100 mm stirrups in the plastic joint area D10-100 mm outside the plastic joint, the 10D16 T column reinforcement configuration with D10-100 mm stirrups in the plastic joint area D10-100 mm outside the plastic joint, the 12D16 + column reinforcement configuration with D10-100 mm stirrups in the plastic joint area D10-100 mm outside the plastic joint. As for the behavior of rectangular columns and L columns, they are included in the swaying columns and long columns, but the T and + columns are included in the non-swaying columns and short columns. and the maximum deviation that occurs is 15.32 mm, this value is still within the permit limit according to SNI 2847: 2019 and SNI 1726: 2019.

Additional Information: | Bangunan resedensial adalah bangunan yang dirancang khusus untuk digunakan sebagai tempat tinggal manusia. Penggunaan kolom dengan dimensi cukup besar akan memberikan dampak ukuran ruangan yang menjadi semakin kecil. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan fungsi ruangan menjadi terganggu. Sebagai alternatif dibuat kolom pipih agar masalah pengurangan luas ruangan yang telah direncanakan teratasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan tulangan kolom pipih dan perilaku pada bangunan residensial 3 lantai sesuai dengan SNI 2847:2019 dan melakukan pemeriksaan keamanan struktur bangunan terhadap simpangan yang terjadi sesuai SNI 1726:2019. Analisis struktur dilakukan dengan program ETABS v9.7.1 dan perhitungan manual untuk menentukan konfigurasi penulangan kolom pipih. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan adalah konfigurasi tulangan kolom persegi panjang 10D16 dengan sengkang D10-100 mm pada area sendi plastis D10-150 mm di luar sendi plastis, konfigurasi tulangan kolom L 16D16 dengan sengkang D10-100 mm pada area sendi plastis D10-100 mm di luar sendi plastis, konfigurasi tulangan kolom T 10D16 dengan sengkang D10-100 mm pada area sendi plastis D10-100 mm di luar sendi plastis, konfigurasi tulangan kolom + 12D16 dengan sengkang D10-100 mm pada area sendi plastis D10-100 mm di luar sendi plastis. Sedangkan untuk perilaku kolom persegi panjang dan kolom L termasuk kedalam kolom bergoyang dan kolom panjang, namun pada kolom T dan + termasuk kedalam kolom tidak bergoyang dan kolom pendek. dan simpangan maksimum yang terjadi sebesar 15,32 mm, nilai tersebut masih masuk kedalam batas izin sesuai SNI 2847:2019 dan SNI 1726:2019. | |||||||||
