Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work facilities (X1), interpersonal communication (X2), and work discipline (X3) on employee performance (Y) at PT Dwi Griya Sejahtera. In this research the method used is quantitative research. The population in this study were 65 employees with a sample of 65 respondents. The data collection method in this study was using a questionnaire and analyzing data using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the student version of Smart Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) 3.3.2 software. The research results obtained are: First, work facilities have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The t-statistic value is 3.828 > 1.96 with a large influence of 0.411 and a P-Value of 0.000 <0.05. Second, Interpersonal Communication has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance on Employee Performance. The t-statistic value is 3.259 > 1.96 with a large influence of 0.388 and a P-Value of 0.001 <0.05. Third, Work Discipline has a negative and insignificant effect on Employee Performance. The t-statistic value is 1.353 <1.986 with a large influence of 0.131 and a P-Value of 0.179 > 0.05.
