Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the level of discipline and organizational culture on the performance of millennial employees with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at PT. Egle Nice. The method used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The population used in this research was 200 employees of PT. Egle Nice. The sample used in this research was all 87 millennial generation employees using purposive sampling techniques. The analysis technique in this research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS analysis tool version 4.0. The results of this research show that: (1) the level of discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of millennial employees. (2) the level of discipline has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction. (3) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on the performance of millennial employees. (4) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. (5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of millennial employees. (6) Job satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between the level of discipline and millennial work performance positively but not significantly. (7) Job satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between organizational culture and the performance of millennial employees positively and significantly. Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat disiplin dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan milenial dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada PT. Egle Nice. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 200 karyawan PT. Egle Nice. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan generasi milenial yang berjumlah 87 karyawan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan menggunakan alat analisis SmartPLS versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) tingkat disiplin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan milenial. (2) tingkatdisiplin berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. (3) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan milenial. (4) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. (5) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan milenial. (6) Kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi hubungan tingkat disiplin terhadap kinerja karyaan milenial secara positif tetapi tidak signifikan. (7) Kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi hubungan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karaywan milenial secara positif dan signifikan. Kata kunci: Tingkat Disiplin, Budaya Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja, dan Kinerja Karyawan Milenial.
