Abstract
Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) plays a crucial role in construction projects by reducing workplace accidents and enhancing productivity. This research aims to evaluate the influence of OHS on worker performance in the construction project of Panca Dharma Foundation School Building. Using a questionnaire-based data collection method with total sampling of 40 project workers and processed through Smart PLS programming application, the analysis results indicate that Occupational Safety (S) contributes positively by 25.2% to Worker Performance (P). Furthermore, Occupational Health (H) exerts a more dominant influence with a contribution of 73.6%, highlighting factors such as the availability of first aid medications and effective communication implementation that significantly impact worker performance. From these findings, it can be concluded that effective implementation of OHS not only mitigates workplace accidents but also enhances work morale and job quality in construction projects. The practical implications of this study underscore the necessity for companies to enhance awareness and commitment to OHS, ensuring that OHS policies and practices genuinely support worker well-being and productivity.

| Additional Information: | Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) memainkan peran krusial dalam proyek konstruksi untuk mengurangi kecelakaan kerja dan meningkatkan produktivitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh K3 terhadap kinerja pekerja pada proyek pembangunan Gedung Sekolah Yayasan Panca Dharma. Dengan menggunakan metode pengambilan data berupa kuesioner dan total sampling terhadap 40 pekerja proyek serta diolah menggunakan aplikasi pemrograman Smart PLS, hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Keselamatan Kerja (S) memberikan kontribusi positif sebesar 25,2% terhadap Kinerja Pekerja (P). Lebih lanjut, Kesehatan Kerja (H) memiliki pengaruh yang lebih dominan dengan kontribusi sebesar 73,6%, menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor seperti ketersediaan obat-obatan pertolongan pertama dan implementasi komunikasi yang baik memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap kinerja pekerja. Dari hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi yang efektif dari K3 tidak hanya mengurangi risiko kecelakaan kerja, tetapi juga meningkatkan semangat kerja dan kualitas pekerjaan dalam proyek konstruksi. Implikasi praktis dari temuan ini adalah perlunya perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan komitmen terhadap K3, serta memastikan bahwa kebijakan dan praktik K3 yang diterapkan benar-benar mendukung kesejahteraan dan produktivitas tenaga kerja. | |||||||||||||||
