Abstract
This research aims to find out the activities of the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students in increasing their ability to be independent and the challenges faced in implementing the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students in increasing their ability to be independent. The method used is descriptive through a qualitative approach. The location of this research was carried out at SDN Cikerut, Cilegon City, with research subjects namely the Principal, Class V Teacher, and Class V Students. The data sources used in this research were primary data sources and secondary data sources. Then data was collected using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis used is data reduction, then data presentation and finally drawing conclusions. The results found from this research are project activities to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students in improving the ability to be independent in class V at SDN Cikerut starting with 1) Planning in the form of forming a team of facilitators, identifying the level of readiness of the educational unit, determining dimensions, themes and time allocation, developing flow project activities, compiling project modules, planning activities that can improve the ability to be independent, 2) Preliminary activities for the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students in the form of prayer leaders, asking questions, taking pre-tests, 3) The core activities of the project for strengthening the profile of Pancasila students are in the form of observing types trash, planting seeds, looking for information, making presentation slides, presenting results, and 4) Closing activities for the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students in the form of asking questions, reflecting, tidying up stationery, and leading prayers. Apart from that, the challenges faced in implementing the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students in increasing the ability to be independent include time constraints, different student abilities, and the availability of facilities and infrastructure for which teachers make efforts to face the challenges faced by managing implementation time, increasing patience. , motivation and communication, as well as carrying out activities that make students work independently.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengegetahui kegiatan projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila dalam meningkatkan kemampuan sikap mandiri dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila dalam meningkatkan kemampuan sikap mandiri. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskripstif melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Tempat penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN Cikerut Kota Cilegon dengan subjek penelitian yaitu Kepala Sekolah, Wali Kelas V, dan Peserta Didik Kelas V. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Kemudian dilakukan pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, selanjutnya penyajian data dan yang terakhir penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil yang ditemukan dari penelitian ini adalah kegiatan projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila dalam meningkatkan kemampuan sikap mandiri di kelas V SDN Cikerut dimulai dengan 1) Perencanaan berupa membentuk tim fasilitator, mengidentifikasi tingkat kesiapan satuan pendidikan, menentukan dimensi, tema, dan alokasi waktu, pengembangan alur aktivitas projek, menyusun modul projek, merencanakan kegiatan yang mampu meningkatkan kemampuan sikap mandiri, 2) Kegiatan pendahuluan projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila berupa pemimpin doa, mengajukan pertanyaan, mengerjakan pre-test, 3) Pada kegiatan inti projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila berupa mengamati jenis sampah, menanam benih, mencari informasi, membuat slide presentasi, mempresentasikan hasil, dan 4) Kegiatan penutup projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila berupa mengajukan pertanyaan, refleksi, merapihkan alat tulis, serta memimpin doa. Selain itu, tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila dalam meningkatkan kemampuan sikap mandiri yaitu keterbatasan waktu, kemampuan peserta didik yang berbeda, dan ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana untuk itu guru melakukan upaya guna menghadapi tantangan yang dihadapi dengan mengelola waktu pelaksanaan, meningkatkan kesabaran, motivasi dan komunikasi, serta melaksanakan kegiatan yang membuat peserta didik bekerja secara mandiri. | |||||||||
