Abstract
This thesis discusses the role of Show Director Salbai 34 Pro in the BNI The Royale Krakatau Music Festival 2023. The music festival is one of the most anticipated events in Indonesia, featuring various popular music genres and renowned artists. The aim of this research is to gain a deeper understanding of the role of Show Director Salbai 34 Pro in organizing the event. The research adopts a qualitative methodology with a case study approach. Data was collected through direct observation, interviews with the Show Director, and analysis of relevant documents. The findings of the research indicate that the role of Show Director Salbai 34 Pro is crucial in the planning, organizing, and execution of the BNI The Royale Krakatau Music Festival 2023. As the Show Director, Salbai 34 Pro is responsible for conceptualizing the event, organizing the sequence of artist performances, designing the stage set, and coordinating the production team. They also play a vital role in ensuring the harmony between music, lighting, stage layout, and other visual elements. During the planning process, the Show Director collaborates with various stakeholders, including artist managers, event producers, and stage designers. They work closely with the production team to coordinate all the necessary technical aspects, such as sound, lighting, and visual effects. Additionally, the Show Director serves as a bridge between the artists and the audience, ensuring that the performances create an unforgettable experience for the spectators. The results of this research provide a better understanding of the role of Show Director Salbai 34 Pro in organizing major music events. The study also sheds light on the importance of collaboration and coordination among various stakeholders in executing a successful event. In conclusion, the role of the Show Director is crucial in creating an engaging and entertaining experience for the audience of the BNI The Royale Krakatau Music Festival 2023

Ia juga memainkan peran penting dalam memastikan keselarasan antara musik, pencahayaan, tata panggung, dan elemen visual lainnya. Dalam proses perencanaan, Show Director berkolaborasi dengan berbagai pihak terkait, termasuk manajer artis, produser acara, dan desainer panggung. Ia bekerja sama dengan tim produksi untuk mengatur segala aspek teknis yang diperlukan, seperti suara, pencahayaan, dan efek visual.
