Abstract
The purpose of this research is to study the process of granting pension credit, as well as the terms and calculation of interest ceilings that will be paid by customers at Bank BJB Banten Special Branch Office, and explain how accounting records are carried out by banks. Based on the results of the internship that the author did, the author used a descriptive method, this method is used to describe the analysis of a research result but is not used to make broader conclusions. The results of the research obtained information that pension credit is a credit product intended for retirees whose pension salaries are channeled by pension fund institutions, and accounting records are an important part of producing a report that is useful for certain parties in making decisions on the company.

| Additional Information: | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari proses pemberian kredit pensiun, serta syarat dan perhitungan plafon bunga yang akan dibayarkan oleh nasabah di Bank BJB Kantor Cabang Khusus Banten, serta memaparkan bagaimana pencatatan akuntansi yang dilakukan oleh bank. Berdasarkan hasil magang yang penulis lakukan, penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif, metode ini digunakan untuk menggambarkan analisis suatu hasil penelitian tetapi tidak digunakan untuk membuat kesimpulan yang lebih luas. Hasil penelitian diperoleh informasi bahwa kredit pensiun merupakan produk kredit yang diperuntukan bagi para pensiunan yang gaji pensiunannya disalurkan oleh lembaga dana pensiunan, dan pencatatan akuntansi merupakan bagian penting untuk menghasilkan suatu laporan yang berguna bagi pihak pihak tertentu dalam mengambil keputusan pada perusahaan. | ||||||
