Abstract
In an office environment, effective office management is a crucial aspect in supporting productivity and work efficiency. One of the key elements in office management is employee attendance management. Proper attendance management can help managers plan and coordinate daily tasks, ensuring that all office functions run smoothly. However, manual attendance management is often prone to errors and data manipulation, which can negatively impact the efficiency and transparency of office operations. Therefore, the adoption of technology, such as GPS-based e-administration applications, becomes an innovative solution to address these challenges. This research aims to design and develop an e�administration application that utilizes Global Positioning System (GPS) technology. By using GPS technology, administrators can easily monitor employee attendance locations in real-time, thereby avoiding fraud and data manipulation. This e-administration application also provides features such as automatic data management and integrated administrative reports. The application can simplify administrative processes, improve data accuracy, facilitate data recap processes, and provide transparency in location tracking.

| Additional Information: | Dalam lingkungan kantor, manajemen perkantoran yang efektif merupakan aspek penting dalam mendukung produktivitas dan efisiensi kerja. Salah satu elemen krusial dalam manajemen perkantoran adalah pengelolaan presensi karyawan. Pengelolaan presensi yang baik dapat membantu manajer dalam merencanakan dan mengkoordinasikan tugas-tugas sehari-hari, memastikan bahwa semua fungsi kantor berjalan lancar. Namun, pengelolaan presensi secara manual sering kali rentan terhadap kesalahan dan manipulasi data, yang dapat berdampak negatif pada efisiensi dan transparansi operasional kantor. Oleh karena itu, adopsi teknologi, seperti aplikasi e-administrasi berbasis GPS, menjadi solusi inovatif untuk mengatasi tantangan-tantangan ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun aplikasi e-administrasi yang memanfaatkan teknologi Global Positioning System (GPS). Dengan menggunakan teknologi GPS, admin dapat dengan mudah memantau lokasi presensi karyawan secara real-time sehingga dapat menghindari kecurangan dan manipulasi data. Aplikasi e-administrasi ini juga menyediakan fitur-fitur seperti manajamen data otomatis dan laporan administrasi yang terintegrasi. Aplikasi ini dapat mempermudah proses administrasi, meningkatkan akurasi data, mempermudah proses rekapitulasi data, dan memberikan transparansi dalam pelacakan lokasi. | ||||||
