Abstract
Education is a basic right of Indonesian citizens, including children with special needs. There are children with special needs in regular schools, most schools in Indonesia have provided special education services for children with special needs. This study aims to determine the tendency of public elementary school teachers' attitudes towards children with special needs and educational services provided in Tangerang district. This research method uses quantitative with correlational research design. The population in this study is public elementary school teachers in Tangerang Regency totaling 40 teachers. This research took place in a public elementary school in the Tangerang Regency area. The collection of virgins is carried out using an attitude scale. The attitude scale used has been tested for validity through expert judgment and Spearman Rho's statistical calculations. The results showed that the attitude of teachers towards children with special needs had a moderate category, namely 20 teachers (50%) with correlational results between the attitudes of teachers and children with special needs had a close relationship with grades (-0.189). The results of the education service research had a low category with the results of 15 teachers (37.5%) with correlational results between education services in the close category with results (-0.031). So it can be concluded that children with special needs have a relationship with the attitude of teachers and educational services provided to these children.

Additional Information: | Pendidikan merupakan hak dasar warga Negara Indonesia, tak kecuali anak berkebutuhan khusus. Adanya anak berkebutuhan khusus di sekolah reguler, sebagian besar sekolah di Indonesia telah menyediakan layanan pendidikan khusus untuk anak-anak dengan kebutuhan khusus. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui kecenderungan sikap guru sekolah dasar negeri terhadap anak berkebutuhan khusus dan layanan pendidikan yang diberikan di kabupaten Tangerang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah guru sekolah dasar negeri di Kabupaten Tangerang yang berjumlah 40 orang guru. Penelitian ini bertempat di sekolah dasar negeri di wilayah Kabupaten Tangerang. Pengumpulan dara dialkukan dengan menggunakan skala sikap. Skala sikap yang digunakan trelah diuji validitasnya melalui expert judgment dan perhitungan statistik Spearman Rho. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sikap guru terhadap anak berkebutuhan khusus memiliki kategori sedang yakni 20 guru (50%) dengan hasil korelasional antara sikap guru dengan anak berkebutuhan khusus memiliki hubungan erat dengan nilai (-0,189). Hasil penelitian layanan pendidikan memiliki kategori rendah dengan hasil 15 guru (37,5%) dengan hasil korelasional antara layanan pendidikan dalam kategori erat dengan hasil (-0,031). Maka dapat disimpulkan anak berkebutuhan khusus memiliki hubungan dengan sikap guru dan layanan pendidikan yang diberikan kepada anak tersebut. | |||||||||
