Abstract

This research was conducted in Mesjid Priyayi Village, Kasemen District, Serang City, Banten. The object of this research is the household agro-industry craftsmen of gipang cakes with the number of respondents being 9 gipang cake craftsmen. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with a census sampling method. The aim of this research is to analyze production costs, income, determine the minimum Break Event Point (BEP), and analyze the level of efficiency of the gipang cake agro-industry business. Based on the analysis carried out on the gipang cake household agro-industry in Mesjid Village, Priyayi, Serang City, Banten, it can be concluded that the total production cost in the production process for one month is Rp. 20.765.686, the profit or income obtained is Rp.11.863.425 in one month. The break-even point (BEP) will be achieved when the gipang cake household agro-industry reaches a sales BEP of Rp 4.329.881 with a production output of 86,59 kg in one month of production. The R/C ratio of the gipang cake household agro-industry in Mesjid Priyayi Village is 1.5 and shows that the agro-industry is efficient and worthy of development. R/C ratio > 1 means it is efficien.

Objek penelitian ini adalah pengrajin agroindustri rumah tangga kue gipang dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 9 orang pengrajin kue gipang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode pengambilan sampel sensus. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis biaya produksi, pendapatan, menentukan Break Event Point (BEP) minimum, dan menganalisis tingkat efisiensinya usaha agroindustri kue gipang. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan terhadap gipang agroindustri kue rumah tangga di Desa Mesjid, Priyayi, Kota Serang, Banten, it dapat disimpulkan bahwa total biaya produksi dalam proses produksi sebesar satu bulan adalah Rp. 20.765.686, keuntungan atau pendapatan yang diperoleh adalah Rp.11.863.425 dalam satu kali bulan. Titik impas (BEP) akan tercapai pada saat kue gipang agroindustri rumah tangga mencapai BEP penjualan sebesar Rp 4.329.881 dengan produksi produksi sebesar 86,59 kg dalam satu bulan produksi. Rasio R/C kue gipang agroindustri rumah tangga di Desa Mesjid Priyayi sebesar 1,5 dan menunjukkan bahwa agroindustri tersebut efisien dan layak untuk dikembangkan. R/C Ratio > 1 berarti efisien.
