Abstract
Supply chain is essentially an organizational network that involves relationships from upstream to downstream, in different processes and activities that produce value that is realized in goods and services in the hands of the final customer ( ultimate customer). Supply chain management involves various parties both inside and outside the company. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the performance of the rice supply chain at rice mills in Jambu Karya Village, Rajeg District, Tangerang Regency. The type of research used in this research is descriptive methods, both qualitative and quantitative. Determining respondents The data collection process in this research was carried out using purposive sampling and snowball sampling methods of 58 respondents consisting of 28 producers, 1 collecting trader (mill), 9 wholesalers and 20 retailers. The data analysis techniques calculated are marketing costs, marketing profits, marketing margins, marketing efficiency and farmer's share. From the research results it can be concluded that marketing channel II is more technically and economically efficient because it has a lower technical efficiency value of 30.142 than marketing channels I and III and has a greater economic efficiency value of 1.96 compared to channels I and III.

Additional Information: | Rantai pasokan pada hakikatnya adalah jaringan organisasi yang menyangkut hubungan dari hulu (upstream) ke hilir (downstream), dalam roses dan kegiatan yang berbeda yang menghasilkan nilai yang terwujud dalam barang dan jasa ditangan pelanggan terakhir (ultimate customer). Manajemen rantai pasokan melibatkan berbagai pihak baik di dalam maupun di luar perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kinerja rantai pasok beras pada penggilingan padi di Desa Jambu Karya Kecamatan Rajeg Kabupaten Tangerang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, baik kualitatif maupun kuantitatif. Penentuan responden Proses pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling (sengaja) dan snowball sampling sebanyak 58 responden yang terdiri dari 28 produsen, 1 pedagang pengumpul (penggilingan), 9 pedagang grosir, dan 20 pengecer. Teknik analisis data yang dihitung adalah biaya pemasaran, keuntungan pemasaran, margin pemasaran, efisiensi pemasaran dan farmer’s share. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Saluran pemasaran II lebih efisien secara teknis dan ekonomis karena memiliki nilai efisiensi teknis lebih rendah yiatu 30,142 dari saluran pemasaran I dan III dan mendapatkan nilai efisiensi ekonomis lebih besar yaitu 1,96 di bandingkan dengan saluran I dan III. | |||||||||
