Abstract
This research aims to find out the comparison of the benefits of the home industry of leaf packaged tempeh with plastic packaged tempeh. The research location is in Gandasari Village, Jatiuwung District, Tangerang City. Respondents for this study were taken based on census techniques, with a total of 19 respondents, of which there were 7 respondents from the home industry of tempeh in leaf packaging and 12 respondents from the home industry of tempeh in plastic packaging. This research data is primary data and secondary data. The total production obtained by the plastic packaged tempe home industry is higher compared to the plastic packaged tempe home industry. The average home industry production of tempeh in leaf packaging is 5,143 kg/month, while the average home industry production of tempeh in plastic packaging is 5,969 kg/month. The average profit earned by the tempe leaf packaging home industry is IDR.54,28,670, while the average profit for the home plastic packaging tempe industry is IDR. 52,951,680. From the results of the R/C ratio analysis, there is a difference in efficiency value of 0.21, which shows that the home industry of tempeh in leaf packaging is more profitable than the home industry of tempeh in plastic packaging. However, the two home industries in Gandasari Village can be said to be feasible because the R/C Ratio value is > 1.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan keuntungan industri rumah tangga tempe kemasan daun dengan tempe kemasan plastik. Lokasi penelitian di Kelurahan Gandasari, Kecamatan Jatiuwung, Kota Tangerang. Responden untuk penelitian ini diambil berdasarkan teknik sensus, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 19 orang, yang mana terdapat 7 responden dari industri rumah tangga tempe kemasan daun dan 12 responden dari industri rumah tangga tempe kemasan plastik. Data penelitian ini merupakan data primer dan data sekunder. Total produksi yang diperoleh industri rumah tangga tempe kemasan plastik lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan industri rumah tangga tempe kemasan plastik. Rata-rata produksi industri rumah tangga tempe kemasan daun sebesar 5.143 kg/bulan, sedangkan rata-rata produksi industri rumah tangga tempe kemasan plastik sebesar 5.969 kg/bulan. Rata-rata keuntungan yang diperoleh industri rumah tangga tempe kemasan daun sebesar Rp.54.28.670, sedangkan rata-rata keuntungan industri rumah tangga tempe kemasan plastik sebesar Rp. 52.951.680. Dari hasil analisis R/C Ratio terdapat selisih nilai efisiensi sebesar 0,21 yang menunjukkan bahwa industri rumahan tempe kemasan daun lebih menguntungkan dibandingkan dengan industri rumahan tempe kemasan plastik. Namun demikian, kedua industri rumahan di Desa Gandasari dapat dikatakan layak karena nilai R/C Ratio > 1. | |||||||||
