Abstract
The One-Stop Manunggal Administration System (SAMSAT) is one proof of the government's responsibility in improving and developing public services to the community easily and quickly. As a public administrator, it is necessary to measure the implementation of services provided to the community. The purpose of writing this study is to analyze the implementation of digital SAMSAT services in terms of services that have not been effective and efficient due to problems such as public ignorance about digital SAMSAT due to incomplete socialization, as well as public interest and willingness to pay vehicle taxes. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative observing directly the object to obtain actual data at the time of the study and then analyzed and arranged systematically. Through the service implementation policy, it must pay attention to three activities that can affect success, namely: interpretation, organization and application.
