Abstract
CV. Rejo Jamur is a company that produces or cultivates white oyster mushrooms, however, in the process of fulfilling demand for white oyster mushrooms, this company is sometimes unable to meet overall market demand due to internal and external factors experienced by the company. The problems experienced by companies ranging from internal factors to external factors can be solved by using business development strategies. This oyster mushroom business development strategy can be carried out by analyzing the internal environment (strengths and weaknesses) and the external environment (opportunities and threats). Using research methods, look at the score value from the IFE matrix on the CV. Rejo Jamur 3.346 and also the EFE matrix score is 2.365. The IE matrix is in cell IV position, which is a company with a growth and development strategy position. and The SWOT matrix formulates 6 alternative strategies with a strategy that can be applied is to maintain existing markets and take advantage of market developments towards the demand for white oyster mushrooms. So that there can be a solution for the problems experienced by the company to develop a white oyster mushroom business in cultivating and marketing products.

Rejo Jamur merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi atau membudidayakan jamur tiram putih, namun dalam proses pemenuhan permintaan jamur tiram putih, perusahaan ini terkadang tidak mampu memenuhi permintaan pasar secara keseluruhan karena faktor internal dan eksternal yang dialami perusahaan. Permasalahan yang dialami perusahaan mulai dari faktor internal hingga faktor eksternal dapat diselesaikan dengan menggunakan strategi pengembangan bisnis. Strategi pengembangan usaha jamur tiram ini dapat dilakukan dengan menganalisis lingkungan internal (kekuatan dan kelemahan) dan lingkungan eksternal (peluang dan ancaman). Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian, lihatlah nilai skor dari matriks IFE pada CV. Rejo Jamur 3,346 dan juga skor matriks EFE sebesar 2,365. Matriks IE berada pada posisi sel IV yaitu perusahaan dengan posisi strategi pertumbuhan dan pengembangan. dan Matriks SWOT merumuskan 6 alternatif strategi dengan strategi yang dapat diterapkan adalah mempertahankan pasar yang ada dan memanfaatkan perkembangan pasar terhadap permintaan jamur tiram putih. Sehingga dapat menjadi solusi atas permasalahan yang dialami perusahaan untuk mengembangkan usaha jamur tiram putih dalam budidaya dan pemasaran produk. | |||||||||
