Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the mediating role of employee engagement and organizational culture in the relationship between talent attraction and employee performance. This research was carried out at the State Savings Bank, Serang Sharia Branch Office. This research uses a quantitative method with a saturated population and sample or total sampling where the entire population is sampled, namely all 106 employees and the data collection technique uses a questionnaire in the form of a combination of open answers on an interval scale of 1- 10, then processed and arranged into data frequency tabulations. Then the data was analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) software. The research results based on validity and reliability tests show that the data is valid and reliable. Based on direct and indirect hypothesis testing, it shows that: Talent attraction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 2) Talent attraction has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. 3) Talent attraction has a positive effect on organizational culture. 4) Employee engagement has a positive effect on employee performance. 5) Organizational culture has a positive effect on employee performance.

Additional Information: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis peran mediasi employee engagement dan organizational culture dengan hubungan talent attraction terhadap employee performance. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Bank Tabungan Negara Kantor Cabang syariah Serang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan populasi dan sampel jenuh atau sampling total dimana semua populasi dijadikan sampel yaitu seluruh karyawan sebanyak 106 responden dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kusioner dalam bentuk jawaban kombinasi jawaban terbuka skala interval 1-10 kemudian diolah serta disususn kedalam tabulasi frekuensi data yang selanjutnya dianalisis data dengan perangkat lunak Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji validitas dan reabilitas menunjukan data sudah valid dan reliabel. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis langsung dan tidat langsung menunjukan bahwa : Talent attraction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee performance. 2) Talent attraction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement. 3) Talent attraction berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational culture. 4) Employee engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap employee performance. 5) Organizational culture berpengaruh positif terhadap employee performance.
