Abstract
Crop system jajar legowo 4 : 1 is a technology with crop pattern 25 cm x 12,5 cm x 50 cm to get plant population as much 256.000 clumps /ha with increasing of plants population is 60% while tegel crop pattern system 25 cm x 25 cm that only can produce 160.000 clumps /ha. This research was conducted in Kencana Harapan village, Lebak Wangi Sub-District, Serang District. The aim of this research was to analize income, BEP (Break Event Point), efficiency and independent sample t-test of rice farming with crop system jajar legowo 4:1 and tegel crop pattern system. The method of this research is survey with taking sample method is simple random sampling. The result of this result show that income of rice farming with crop system jajar legowo 4:1 is Rp. 12.533,569/ha/periode while with tegel crop pattern system is Rp. 7.908.912/ha/periode. Break Event Point of rice farming with crop system jajar legowo 4:1 consist of BEP revenue is Rp. 14.373.979,- and BEP production is 3.593 kg, while Break Event Point of rice farming with tegel crop pattern system consist of BEP revenue is Rp.17.880.248,-and BEP production is 4.470 kg. R/C ratio of rice farming with crop system jajar legowo 4:1 is 1,85, while with tegel crop pattern system is 1,59. The conclusion is rice farming with crop system jajar legowo 4:1 is more efficient than tegel crop pattern system. There is the defference between income of rice farming with crop system jajar legowo 4:1 and tegel crop pattern system.
