Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of TQM, motivation, organizational commitment, leadership style, and organizational culture on management performance. This research uses a qualitative case study research design, which begins with a problem and uses that problem as a source of data collected in the form of responses to statements made that are relevant to the research topic. Answers to the questionnaire given to sub-section managers of PT. Banten Bank is the main data source in this research. There are a total of 25 managers in the sample for this research. Research findings show that, although leadership style does not have a significant impact on managerial performance, organizational culture has a significant impact on managerial performance, TQM has a significant impact on managerial performance, as well as motivation and organizational commitment. Managerial performance is significantly influenced by overall TQM, motivation, organizational commitment, leadership style, and organizational culture.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh TQM, motivasi, komitmen organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja manajemen. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian studi kasus kualitatif, yang diawali dengan suatu masalah dan menggunakan masalah tersebut sebagai sumber data yang dikumpulkan berupa tanggapan terhadap pernyataan yang dibuat yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Jawaban atas kuesioner yang diberikan kepada manajer sub-bagian PT. Bank Banten menjadi sumber data utama dalam penelitian ini. Ada total 25 manajer yang menjadi sampel penelitian ini. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, meskipun gaya kepemimpinan tidak memiliki pengaruh yang nyata terhadap kinerja manajerial, budaya organisasi memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial, TQM memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial, begitu pula motivasi dan komitmen organisasi. Kinerja manajerial secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh TQM secara keseluruhan, motivasi, komitmen organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan, dan budaya organisasi. | ||||||
