Abstract
Collaboration is one of the key skills in problem-based learning (Problem-Based Learning or PBL). Problem-based learning encourages students to work together in groups to solve complex and meaningful problems. This research aims to analyze the role of teachers in developing students' collaboration skills through the application of problem-based learning (PBL) at the Islamic Scholar Elementary School. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that teachers play a strategic role in forming students' collaboration skills. The teacher's skills in carrying out his role are reflected in his ability to design learning activities that encourage interaction between students, facilitate group discussions, and provide appropriate challenges to encourage collaboration. In addition, teachers also provide continuous guidance and feedback to help students develop communication and teamwork skills. The conclusion of this research is that effective PBL implementation is very dependent on the teacher's ability to create a collaborative and supportive learning environment. These findings can be taken into consideration by educators and educational policy makers in efforts to improve the quality of collaborative learning in elementary schools.

Additional Information: | Kolaborasi merupakan salah satu keterampilan kunci dalam pembelajaran berbasis masalah (Problem-Based Learning atau PBL). Pembelajaran berbasis masalah mendorong siswa untuk bekerja sama dalam kelompok untuk memecahkan masalah yang kompleks dan bermakna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran guru dalam mengembangkan keterampilan kolaborasi peserta didik melalui penerapan pembelajaran berbasis masalah (Problem-Based Learning/PBL) di SD Cendekia Islamic School. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru menjalankan peran yang cukup strategis dalam membentuk keterampilan kolaborasi peserta didik. Keterampilan guru dalam menjalankan perannya tergambar dalam kecakapannya merancang kegiatan belajar yang mendorong interaksi antarpeserta didik, memfasilitasi diskusi kelompok, dan memberikan tantangan yang sesuai untuk memacu kerja sama. Selain itu, guru juga memberikan bimbingan dan umpan balik yang terus menerus untuk membantu peserta didik mengembangkan keterampilan komunikasi dan kerja tim. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu implementasi PBL yang efektif sangat bergantung pada kemampuan guru dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kolaboratif dan mendukung. Temuan ini dapat dijadikan pertimbangan bagi para pendidik dan pembuat kebijakan pendidikan dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran kolaboratif di sekolah dasar. | |||||||||
