Abstract

Mangosteen is one of Indonesia's mainstay export horticultural commodities. Leuwiliang District has the second largest average mangosteen production and is a district with superior export quality in Bogor Regency. The problem that occurs is that the price received by farmers is lower than the local and export market selling price. The aim of this research is to analyze the marketing chain and analyze the costs, margins and farmer's share. The method used is snowball sampling. Based on the research results, there are four marketing channels for mangosteen in Leuwiliang sub-district, Bogor Regency. The results of the analysis of costs, margins, profits and farmers' share of mangosteen marketing in Leuwiliang sub-district, Bogor Regency, are that in channel I the costs incurred are IDR 141,420,000 or IDR. 28,284/kg, in channel II it is Rp. 4,400,000 or Rp. 1,101/kg, in channel III it is Rp. 41,116,000 or Rp. 28,311/kg, while for the IV line it is IDR. 385,000 or 642/kg. In channel I the margin is IDR 701,000/kg, in channel II it is IDR 6,500/kg, in channel III it is IDR 703,000/kg, while in channel IV it is IDR 8,000/kg. Channel I has a profit of Rp. 559,580/kg, in channel II it is Rp. 5,399/kg, in channel III it is Rp. 556,763/kg, and IV line Rp. 7,358/kg. In channel I the farmer's share is 5% for super 1 mangosteen, 10.1% for super 2 and palkon mangosteen, 15.6% for super 3 mangosteen, and 11.2% for cherry quality mangosteen, in channel II it is 35% , in channel III it was 4.3% for super 1 mangosteen, 8.7% for super 2 and palkon mangosteen, 13.3% for super 3 mangosteen, and 9.6% for cherry quality mangosteen, while in channel IV it was 20%.

Additional Information: Manggis merupakan salah satu komoditas hortikultura ekspor andalan Indonesia. Kecamatan Leuwiliang mempunyai rata-rata produksi manggis kedua terbesar dan merupakan kabupaten dengan kualitas ekspor yang unggul di Kabupaten Bogor. Permasalahan yang terjadi adalah harga yang diterima petani lebih rendah dibandingkan harga jual pasar lokal dan ekspor. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis rantai pemasaran dan menganalisis biaya, margin dan farmer's share. Metode yang digunakan adalah snowball sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat empat saluran pemasaran manggis di Kecamatan Leuwiliang Kabupaten Bogor. Hasil analisis biaya, margin, keuntungan dan bagi hasil pemasaran manggis di Kecamatan Leuwiliang Kabupaten Bogor adalah pada saluran I biaya yang dikeluarkan sebesar Rp 141.420.000 atau Rp. 28.284/kg, saluran II Rp. 4.400.000 atau Rp. 1.101/kg, saluran III Rp. 41.116.000 atau Rp. 28.311/kg, sedangkan untuk jalur IV Rp. 385.000 atau 642/kg. Saluran I marginnya Rp 701.000/kg, saluran II Rp 6.500/kg, saluran III Rp 703.000/kg, sedangkan saluran IV Rp 8.000/kg. Channel I mendapat keuntungan sebesar Rp. 559.580/kg, saluran II Rp. 5.399/kg, saluran III Rp. 556.763/kg, dan jalur IV Rp. 7.358/kg. Pada saluran I farmer's share sebesar 5% untuk manggis super 1, 10,1% untuk manggis super 2 dan palkon, 15,6% untuk manggis super 3, dan 11,2% untuk manggis kualitas cherry, pada saluran II sebesar 35%, pada saluran III sebesar 35%, pada saluran III sebesar 35%. sebesar 4,3% pada manggis super 1, 8,7% pada manggis super 2 dan palkon, 13,3% pada manggis super 3, dan 9,6% pada manggis kualitas ceri, sedangkan pada saluran IV sebesar 20%.
