Abstract

ABSTRACT Acep Samsul Rijal. NIM : 7772150062. Correlation Between working environment and teacher pedagogical competence toward Senior High Boarding School teacher performance in Anyer. Study program learning technology consentration of education management Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa university postgraduate. The purpose of this correlation research was to describe correlation between working environment and teacher pedagogical competence in Senior High Boarding School in Anyer. The method that used on this research is inquiry method by quantitative approach, collecting data by giving questioner to the teacher. Population in this research is all teachers from three senior high boarding schools in Anyer, Nurul Fikri Islamic Boarding School, Al Bayan Anyer Islamic Boarding School and Fajrul Karim Islamic Boarding School with approximately 70 teachers from those schools. Based on the analysis result know that: (1) There was significant positive correlation from working environment toward senior high boarding school teacher performance in Anyer, it proved from the value of rcount > rtable (0.609 > 0.254). It shows that how good is working environment will also be good to the teacher performance. Otherwise, how bad working environment will also be bad to the teacher performance. (2) There is significant positive correlation to the teacher pedagogical competence toward senior high boarding school teacher performance in Anyer, it proven from the value of rcount > rtable (0.540>0.254). It mean that how high is teacher pedagogical performance will also be good the teacher performance. Otherwise, how low is teacher pedagogical competence will also be worse to the teacher performance. (3) There is significant positive correlation from working environment and teacher pedagogical competence toward senior high boardingschool teacher performance in Anyer. It proved from the value of rcount > rtable (0.0640 > 0.254). It means that how high is how good is working environment and how high teacher pedagogical performance will also be good the teacher performance. Otherwise, how bad working environment and how low was teacher pedagogical competence will also be worse to the teacher performance. Tujuan Penelitian Korelasional ini adalah mendeskripsikan hubungan lingkungan kerja dan kompetensi pedagogik guru dengan kinerja guru di SMA berasrama di Anyer. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, pengumpulan data dengan mengedarkan kuisioner kepada guru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMA berasrama di Anyer yang berjumlah tiga sekolah yaitu SMAI Nurul Fikri Boarding School, SMA Pesantren Unggul Al Bayan Anyer dan SMAI Fajrul Karim dengan jumlah guru sebanyak 70 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat diketahui bahwa ; (1) Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan lingkungan kerja dengan kineja guru di SMA berasrama di Anyer, hal ini terbukti dari besarnya nilai rhitung >rtabel (0,609 >0,254). Hal ini menunjukkan semakin baik lingkungan kerja maka akan semakin baik kinerja guru demikian pula sebaliknya semakin buruk lingkungan kerja maka akan semakin buruk kinerja guru. (2) Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan hubungan kompetensi pedagogik guru dengan kinerja guru SMA berasrama di Anyer, hal ini terbukti dari besarnya rhitung >rtabel (0,588 > 0,254). Hal ini menunjukkan semakin baik tinggi kompetensi pedagogik guru maka semakin baik kinerja guru begitu pula sebaliknya semakin rendah kompetensi pedagogik guru maka semakin rendah kinerja guru. (3) Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan lingkungan kerja dan kompetensi pedagogik guru secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja guru SMA berasrama di Anyer, hal ini terbukti dari besarnya rhitung > rtabel (0,640 > 0,254). Hal ini menunjukkan semakin baik lingkungan kerja dan semakin tinggi kompetensi pedagogik guru maka akan baik pula kinerja guru demikian pula sebaliknya semakin buruk dan semakin rendah kompetensi pedagogik guru maka semakin buruk kinerja guru.
