Abstract

This research is motivated by the entry of BJB bank into the top 10 banks with the best service and winning 2 awards at the 4Th Indonesia Public Relations Summit 2023 held by The Iconomic, so an appropriate Public Relations strategy is needed. This research aims to find out about the Public Relations Strategy of Bank BJB KCK Banten in Maintaining a Positive Image. This research uses Marketing Public Relations and is supported by Image theory by Frank Jefkins (1988). This research is descriptive qualitative in nature, using qualitative methods, data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of this research, the Public Relations Strategy carried out by Bank BJB KCK Banten, is: publishing via online media regarding the activities being carried out, providing information. Events collaborates with local governments, sponsoring events organized by local governments. Corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities are digitizing.

Penelitian ini menggunakan Marketing Public Relations dan didukung oleh teori Image oleh Frank Jefkins (1988). Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif, menggunakan metode kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini, Strategi Public Relations yang dilakukan oleh Bank BJB KCK Banten, adalah: publikasi melalui media online mengenai kegiatan yang sedang dilakukan, memberikan informasi. Acara bekerja sama dengan pemerintah daerah, mensponsori acara yang diselenggarakan oleh pemerintah daerah. Kegiatan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (CSR) dan digitalisasi.
